Very disappointed in the experience I received the day I went. Went there for the sole purpose of the adult happy meals. Was... told they gave all the adult toys in the kids meals the week before the promotion even started. So when I asked if I could getthe toy they had available was told that I was being rude am needed to leave. So to have spend an extra 2 bucks on a happy mealto not get the toy is really bs. And yes I looked up the price of the regular big mac vs the price of the adult happy meal. Read more
I walked in with my family, no body greets you. I stood at the counter, they look at you but still don't greet you or come to... take your order. When I finally got the "hint" that they weren't coming to take my order after a couple of minutes, I figure myonly choice is to order on the machine. Get a number and go to find a table...not one table is clean. Have to catch one of theworkers walking back in from break to ask them to clean a table for us. The restaurant had one other guest so it's not busy.When they call our order, they only call out an item off your order and don't use the number THEY provided you, so I'm sittingtheir confused if it's ours or not and she again just stood there and stared off instead of just telling us it's ours. Drinksmissing, Apple slices missing out the happy meals, no ketchup or anything for the sides. Had to go up 3 separate times and askfor missing items. Not one person smiled or greeted you. They make you feel like you're an inconvenience for being on there.I've worked customer service and Healthcare my entire working career and I would never allow myself to treat people this way.Whoever the manager is should either set new standards for themselves and their employees or McDonald's should hire a whole newcrew. This establishment requires better management. The staff has no verbal communication amongst between one another. It took 20... minutes to receive an incorrect meal. My attempt to correct the incorrect meal, was met with anger and aggression. If I wasresponsible for this fast food restaurant, I would closely monitor the behavior of management. Read more
This location is really just okay. You may have a very pleasant experience one time (with awesome customer service, good food,... reasonable wait times), to the absolute opposite, including but not limited to immature staff with nasty attitudes, to food youhad to question whether or not it was made the day before, and horribly ridiculous wait times. There's no consistency, so youjust have to go in knowing it could go either way. Also, due to recent road construction, this location can be a nuisance toget in or out of eastbound. Read more
Inside dining room is different for McDonald's but I like it. I waited at the counter for about 5min before someone... acknowledged me and took my order. Smh. I went through the drive thru to place my order. As I have requested before, I requested that they fill my fry container up and... I would provide them a good review. Well as like times before they did not fill the fry container as advertised. So I guess theydon?t care what kind of reviews they receive. I probably won?t be back to any McDonald?s location to eat because it?s the samewherever you go unless you dine in so you you can insist on order fulfillment. Read more
This McDonalds sucks! Every time u come here it?s never fast! The drive thru is slow as hell and you always have to wait at... least 10 mins before ur order is even taken! All I want is fries and it takes 25 minutes to get them ? I got I?m line at 10.40and I?m still not at the ordering intercom?. I ask for $1 fries and it cost $4 for 2?. WTH? Chose this McDonalds due to the one on Southside always taking at least 30 minutes, but haven't received much better service... here. My order has been incorrect every time I've gone, either food missing that I paid for, or toppings I asked for removedstill on. Fries never filled up normally and usually burnt. Read more
