Worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to by far. Waited 25 minutes for my drive up app order. Only to have to go up to the drive... thru window to tell them they closed my order out that was paid for and never brought it to me. Then after they told me to driveto the third window the woman that actually handed me my food made me reach for my items and wouldnt hand it to me. She was alsotouching the top of my coffee cups with bare hands no gloves. The staff was all rude. We will never visit this location again. Read more

I can always count on good service from this location on Normandy Blvd! I strictly use the drive thru, fast service, and my... whole order is in the bag prepared especially how we ordered it. The staff is polite, pleasant and efficient! They deserverecognition for their professionalism. ???? Read more
Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on 4 happy meals, i finally went in once i saw them hand 3 happy meals to the car... behind us. Never got a receipt for our food. Service was horrible. Read more
I love mcdonalds...this store off of Normandy and lane Ave is something else...I was in line as were the other people. Two lanes... open we all are waiting in line ..it's my turn to order...this car come around both lanes jumps in front of me without orderingafter waiting in line 17 minutes they are talking with the guy at the window no money passes hands but food does...finally it'smy turn hmmm I get to the window takes about a minute then someone comes to the window says back my order guess what it wasnot my order hmmm can you imagine. Ok. Then I am asked what did you order I am like ..........oh really ...then thishappens....the guy gave my order away to the white car that jumped in front of me and of course they did not pay for it the guywas confronted and he just laughed said oops and walked away...I was told sorry . Then waited for about another 6minutes..when I was told how much my order was I said ohhh. You mean this is not the free food window. I must be at the wrongwindow....i did pay for my food but dudes girl friend and family get free food run at mcdonalds. Went through because it was hot to get the any size drink for $1 that special is over. Got a medium drink for $1.79 plus tax .... Hadn't purchased a drink in a long time. Everything going up. Will carry & drink more water. Read more
This is by far the worst McDonald's I ever been to. They had 1 lane open at 4 in the evening inside closed. Like who does that.... I'm not saying that y'all lost me as a customer, but y'all need to get it together inside there. My baby love them nuggets. ButI hated waiting 45 mins to get to the speaker to order. Read more
After working long hours serving the public at 7:39 this evening we ordered and paid for 4 Double Hamburgers with extra Pickles,... one large fry and one large diet drink in your drive thru. We were highly upset to arrive home with 4 singles, fries that werestale and the diet drink. All of the burgers were wrapped and labeled as Doubles. They did have the extra Pickles though! Read more
