Complete and utter disrespect for customer service. I understand the lunch rush, I understand the new system in self ordering.... What I don?t understand is why have the ability to grab a table tag for them to bring you food if the employee is going to makea scene in front of 6 other patrons, including my wife and child, because I ?Didn?t hear my order called, and I need to listento their callouts.? There?s no reason to be mad at me, I followed the kiosk instructions for a table tag for them to bring thefood to me. If I wanted to wait, I would have like last time, for 45 minutes. Fast food nor customer service is this location?sstrong suit, and I feel this needs to be looked into thoroughly. Either more training or remove the option to have fooddelivered in dining service. Drive-thru service was exceptionally quick for 11:30am, even though they were busy. The drive-thru associate was super sweet,... greeted us with a smile & laughed at our goofiness. Breakfast biscuits were DELICIOUS, but why do they always fall apart?!Still? too yummy to judge! Read more

I would not visit this place again. The drive thru was packed so I decided to go in. There was no line, so I ordered my food.... The service was nice. The place did not look very well maintained and there was a distinct unpleasant odor in the place. Iordered my fries with no salt so they were hot, but my chicken sandwich was disgusting.
