I ordered my food about 30 dollars worth around 3 first I just wanna say my large fry was a medium secondly, I ordered a Sprite,... and received a carbonated water now when I went back and told them they gave me a carbonated water. They said oh yeah, we knowknow our sprite is out so if you know this, why on earth didn?t you give me different drink right away also, I ordered twosandwiches. One was a double patty. One was a triple both of them were short on meat so my double was a single and my triple wasa double and they don?t answer the phone I called 4 times but I can?t even contact them so now I have to go bac and now let?s goto the fact that my mango smoothie taste like coffee, so I just makes me wonder if they rinsed out there blender . And if theydon?t rinse out their blender, what other things are they keeping clean and not keeping clean between every use between everysingle customer when I guarantee they probably get 100 customers in an hour and they aren?t even properly cleaning.Plus theplace stinks. Yes, I am beyond upset. They severely lack customer service and honestly, the entire establishment should be firedand brought in a new people because not a single person here knows customer service or what they are doing . Food came out in less than 2-3minutes, and this was at 12:30pm towards the middle-end of their lunch rush. I've worked in... service industry since I was 16 <20 years>, and their crew was holding it down like they were trained to. The worst thing tosee is a newbie, or a vet for that fact, running around like a chicken with their head cut off over some of the simplest tasks.Or the worst, they are too proud to simply ask for help. We had requested for a mix and match deal, asking if it was still available now that it was the next month. Happy October! After... receiving the total, we were shocked and when we pulled up tot he window it costed about 3x the amount. We clarified everythingtho, there was no apology and a lack of communication due to the workers rude and tired mood. I get a king day of work, but noneed to show it to your customers! We had also asked for sauce during this order and when we pulled up to get our food, we hadasked if everything was in the bag due to my family being in a hurry and the worker told us everything was in the bag veryannoyed. Around 7pm and hardly anyone there. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese no pickles with fries. My order was hot and fresh!!!... Could tell the burger was just cooked. Service was pretty fast and friendly. Best experience I've had at a McDonald's in a longtime. Read more
Stopped by to get a bite to eat for lunch and the food and quality was sorry. I opened my mc chicken and it was lettuce and mayo... all over the bun. POOR customer service. I spoke with the manager on duty at 10:30am on 11/10. I placed a breakfast mobile order and they gave my... order to a different person. I was told to pull up to slot 1 and waited for 20 mins just for them to say they not servingbreakfast anymore. The manger made no accommodations for me driving all the way here and wasting my gas and time. Wasn?tremorseful at all. I should have took her name down and reported it. I Won?t be returning.
