Customer service is garbage at this location. Doing an online pickup and the person with the phone can?t be there? Forget it.... You?re not getting your food. They have zero common sense and an absolutely amazing ability to ignore you when you are right infront of them. Consider another McDonalds for your food needs. Read more
Horrible experience. I made a curbside order on 7 October 22 and after 25 minutes of waiting I had to go inside to inquire about... my food. I was told they didn?t bring it out because I parked in the drive thru parking instead of the curbside parking. Therewere no other customers and you have to alert them on the app when you arrive. After going inside to collect my food it wasalready cold. Read more
They always get your order wrong and look at you like it's your fault. They do nothing to apologize for it. If you go there... please check everything before you take it. The manager here during the lunch time rush is extremely rude. He chastised me in the drive through for "just sitting and... digging through my 'effing' (but he used the actual f-word) bag" as I verified my order was accurate--which it wasn't. There'sbeen other incidents with him, including him threatening to run me over as I was holding the door open for him-guess he felt Ididn't move out of his way. After placing my order at the NAS Mcdonalds drive thru at 7:45 pm. there were 2 cars in front of me. When I finally made it to... the window to pay, I handed my card to the young woman. She proceeded to lecture me by saying when I drive up I need to turn myheadlights off in a condescending and rude tone. She told me the person that was in front of me commented about my lights. Itold her that person is gone and I don't really care and if she could please just go and get my food. She then denied me serviceand handed my card back to me and closed the window.
