If you want McDonald's, drive however far you have to and find another one! The store on Blanding Blvd has got to be the worst... McDonald's in the area. I placed a mobile order and since I had a toolbox full of my tools sitting on my back seat I decided tomake my order a curbside pickup. After 20 mins of waiting for two cheeseburgers, my order screen said thanks for your order,please come again like they had cleared the screen inside. So then I had to go inside to inquire about my order and wait in lineto speak to someone at the counter. Now it's been 30 minutes and still no food. I understand training new people and they werebusy, but my order was placed before I got there. Chic fil A is constantly busy and training people but they manage. It was justtwo cheeseburgers that were probably sitting waiting for the next person to order them. Every time I have stopped here it hasalways been a super long wait. Attention OWNER/mngr! You have a lot of work to do! There are not enough employees to handle this store. This location is... constantly running behind and unable to make the time to clean much as they are too busy and too few employees. I?m on 20 minswaiting in the filthy lobby for my order. Hey I'm just curious. When someone orders from the mobile app and selects curbside pickup. Is it a new policy that they already... you wait 30 minutes before you finally go inside to ask for your food only to find it sitting on the counter? Cuz that's whatthis location just did to me. Read more
The service at this location is terrible. I empathize with the fact that they may be short staffed however the staff at this... location completely ignore customers. I waited almost an hour for an order I placed through the app, was told to pull up to thedrive-thru window, only to be left sitting for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by staff until I waved to get theirattention. I was then asked to pull up to the side and was made to wait another 30+ minutes, with no word from any other staffabout the status of my order. After waiting an additional 15 plus minutes, I knock on the locked door, only for the a staff tocompletely brush me off and tell me to go through the drive thru window. I would not have been upset about waiting had I beenacknowledged and made aware of whatever was delaying my order at the very least but I was ultimately fed up with the completelack of consideration the night shift staff displayed tonight. Take longer than you would have expected and would be happy to be in and out on the 103rd street there is to much-needed a few... people that are plan to actually take the time an attempt on giving better service and attitudes like would be the best one tofix for a good of the people that are in no means not giving them attitudes to them at all them to be very slow are taking 30mind to do anything.
