Sat for almost a half hour in the drive through. Given how many people pulled off ahead of me, looks like they just decided to... stop taking orders that far ahead of breakfast ending, didn't answer at the speaker or the window, and then switched menus infront of those of us who had been waiting the whole time. Just went to take two of my children before school to this location. Pulled into drive thru at 6:50 a.m. pulled up to speaker at... 6:53 at 6:57 I politely said " hello" then the lady on the other end said I'll be with you in just a moment. Still sitting thereat 7:04 I said may I order yet? The quarter pounder deluxe meal was great and wait time deserve a five rating. I decided to eat in their parking area and... realized I didn?t have my charge card. I had gone through the drive through. Went inside and the card and the receipt werereturned to me. Read more
One of the best McDonald's in the city!! I always get great service from beginning to end. My order is always right, my food is... hot, and they always say "have a great day". I truly appreciate this because it gives me hope for humanity. Keep up the goodwork!! Read more
Would have given 5 stars, but had an issue with cashier at the self park. I paid for the parking at checkout front desk.... Attendant said no that I had to pay the fee with her, she had no record of me paying. Told her to call the front desk andverify. This is the worst Mc Donald?s I have ever been to. No one took my order, I waited 5 minutes and one came to take my order. I had... to use the kiosk. It took 15 minutes for a mc chicken and a medium fry. I asked for no mayo add ketchup add cheese. Unless I'mblind or losing my sight this has mayo and no cheese. When I told the young lady she caught a attitude with me and told I had towait 10 minutes for another Mc chicken. I will never eat Mc Donalds again. Read more
Went there on Thursday the16th of September. My friend went inside to order as cars were wrapped around the building. She... ordered 2 10 piece mcnuggets, 2 large fries, and 2 caramel sundaes. It took a good 20 to 25 minutes for her order. We weretraveling, so could not go back, but the nuggets were not fit for human or animal consumption. They were burnt and cold, as werethe fries. Maybe need to do an inservice with ur employees!! Sundaes were melted and not good! We went to the next McDonald'sand were told " We are not affiliated with them so the food and money was wasted.
