A hot mess. While waiting 15 minutes for my burger and fries, I watched 4 or 5 cars reverse out of the drive thru due to... excessive wait times. Also, had two customers come in demanding a refund for cold food. My own order wasn't correct and wasalso cold. Read more
I visited inside the lobby. When i placed my order on the Kiosk, I ordered a tea in which I thought was large. The sweet lady at... the front asked me what size, and another lady came from the back claiming I ordered a small. After realizing I messed up myorder, I asked to order ANOTHER large, or upgrade.
