Absolutely the worst McDonald's in America!!! Remind them of sauces and condiments and if course you don't get them! Ask for... napkins and never get any! Total waste of money to eat at this McDonald's! Can't believe these people want $15 an hour and can'teven remember what you asked for 30 seconds later!!!!!!! Rude employees. Extremely long wait time regardless of time of day. Place a mobile order just nuggets and a quarter pounder and... 2 lg fries. Get in my car drive to the drive thru at 10:45pm wait in drive thru line 35-40 mins to get to the speaker and I letthem know I had a mobile order they told me to pull around get to the window and I can see 4 people on staff. They then tell methey are closed this is at 11:20pm. This is a 24 hour mcd. I have been going to this mcd for years. I've seen different ownersover the years I know this mcd has good days and bad days but the service has been getting worse with each visit from missingand wrong items to over salted fries let alone cold and old. Speaking to a manager does nothing. I am at my breaking point. I amfed up with the rude employees the bad service the cold food and the extreme wait times. After this trip I have made up my mindI will not be returning to this location. 12 years of going to this location and I'm done. Read more
