Slow when you finally get to the drive-thru window it's a hit are miss hot food are cold food are the order is so wrong. Truly... McDonald's needs to step up they hire people who don't care about the one thing that is so important that would be the customerpaying customers wow you do get a pay check right think about it no customers no check. The restaurant is a very good one, clean and customer service is excellent. Extremely slow in the weekend. You will stay almost... an hour to get your food (fast food). I have experience this every weekend. Supervisors please fix this. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! We placed a order for 2 Large Fries, a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal and 2 10 piece nuggets. We get home... after patronizing another business in the same area and my daughter opens her food only to find one of the nuggets had beenbitten off of. It was not broken but bitten off of. JUST UTTERLY NASTY AND DISGUSTING!!! I tried to call several times and youdo not get a answer the only thing that happens is a loud beeping noise. I will not return to this location EVER Or anyMcDonalds at this point. Y'all have to do better with the customer service (although the young man in the window was very niceand pleasant) the wait was a bit long. I went to McDonald's in River City Jacksonville, FL. I ordered curbside on the McDonald's app. After watching about 10 - 15... people going through the drive-thru in about 10 minutes I finally went inside the store. I was told they did not have a curbsideorder. I would need to get my phone and give them proof of my order. When I got back in the store with my phone I was told "Oh,they are working on it." I asked to speak to the person that told me they did not have a curbside order. I was told that theorder had been put to the side and not completed so it was not on the board. I told him he needed to handle that because I havebeen waiting 20 minutes and my food show delivered 10 minutes ago. When I got my food it was cold. I had ordered two four piecechicken nuggets but I got a six piece box wit 6 pieces and a box that said four pieces but it was full of thousand Islanddressing. (Nasty) I'm so mad I can't stand it. Don't do it...I just needed a quick bite because I was going to be on the road for 2 hours. Every time I go to McDonald's I say... it's going to be the last time I do, they can't even stack a hamburger without it looking like it's falling over and I asked forextra pickles and they just stack them all in one spot instead of spreading them out. The service is never that friendly whenyou have kids serving you. I seriously don't know how they stay in business. And this location in Jacksonville put the nail inthe coffin for me, I won't be back. Read more
