This is the worst functioning McDonald?s I have ever seen. A TV show highlighting the ineptitude on display here would be very... entertaining. My experience today while in the store: *employees yelling at each other *broken kiosks that you are supposed toorder from *snarky employees asking why you aren?t ordering from the kiosks *managers that spend more time chatting with eachother than helping customers or their employees *no ice available *no medium cup covers *Diet Coke tastes inedible *30 minutesto and hour to get a simple order completed Read more
Unprofessional staff. Disorganized. Dirty. No lids for cups. I ordered on the app for a curbside and after waiting outside for... 20min, i walked in to chaos. Asked for my food and it had been sitting on the counter cold and dry already. NOONE brought it outto me. Luckily they decided to exchange it for fresh fries but they still got the order wrong. I asked for a meal and only gotthe nuggets. There were a few more people waiting to be served as well. The person who was fixing my cold food, gave up andsomeone else had to help me out. The floor was grimy and sticky. There was food and trash on the floor and cups everywhere onthe tables.this location used to have great service in the last year. Not sure what happened. I just left ur location and i am utterly disappointed in the fact that on a Wednesday at 2:15pm it takes me until 3pm to get my... food! No curbside order parking, but only one other family in the store. The cars are parked and empty. I?m guessing that employees... are parking there to make curbside orders unavailable. There?s really no other explanation for why those spots have unoccupiedcars. Service is incredibly slow and orders are incorrect for people ahead of us and for us. I will start off with one thing. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! As soon as we pulled up the drive thru was empty but there was a line... wrapping around the building for people waiting for their orders, we decided to try ordering inside for faster service andregretted it instantly. There were flies everywhere and the building was dirtier than a public bathroom. We decided to deal withit and order on the machine because the workers were busy. We tried to pay but it wouldn?t accept the card because the machinewasn?t working. It said that it should give us a receipt and we can pay up front but there was no receipt. We decided to justtell them that we got no receipt. The person at the cash register started talking to us with a very stern voice and gave usexpressions making it seem like it was our fault that their machine didn?t work. We had to order AGAIN which wasn?t that big ofa deal until they got the order wrong. Now let me tell you, we ordered a medium smoothie and they gave us a small. We didn?twant to be rude so we kindly asked for another one the right size. This worker decides it?s a good idea to roll their eyes at meand walk away. I wait for about 5 minutes and the worker comes back with my medium smoothie? only problem is that it is halffull. We didn?t make a fuss out of it and poured the small into the medium. We went to get a straw and fill my friends cup butwere disgusted when we went ti grab a straw and they had actual FOOD in the straws! The straws were very greasy and we were notpleased by this at all. My friend told me to look at her feet and she wasn?t moving a muscle and her feet were sliding becauseof how greasy this floor was. A few minutes later the same thing happened to me. We felt with it and waited for our order. Ithad been 36 minutes that we were in this restaurant. If I could have zero stars I would this McDonald?s has terrible service playing rap music while speaking to customers don?t even... know how the employees can concentrate on the customers and not only that I tried to come in the store at 10:30 but the doorsare already locked when they said their 24hrs? doesn?t make sense. The customer service.... well there is none. Since I've received incorrect orders before, I check my food before I drive off. It... was once again incorrect. I politely said "Ma'am, I ordered a plain Hamburger" she responded with a frustrated look, "oh here wego...here we go" ...uh excuse me?
