in this place they are very rude, there is a short man with gray hair who attends the pick up who is super rude ????, it is... disrespectful to customers, He even refused to give me my order, which had already been paid for online. A very tall man ofcolor was the one who gave it to me. According to him, he is the supervisor or manager of the restaurant. I doubt it. Read more

This place is a disaster. Not sure why you would be reading McDonald reviews but here you are. Don?t go to this one! Self serve... soda is down for weeks and the soda they give you form the back is absolutely undrinkable. The employees know it too. So thereis little eye contact. No happiness. Fries were, person handing the food out was extremely personable. The girl taking the money, didn't look my way or say 2 words... to me. Asked for sweet n sour sauce, none received in the bag, but was listed on the receipt. Dr Pepper ordered tasted likecoke. Quality control needs to happen a little more often than not. Read more
We chose to dine in on this particular occasion. It took a few minutes before we were acknowledged and able to place our order.... It was maybe three minutes. No complaints about the wait time considering the shortage of workers across the country. Wereceived our order in a timely manner and it was accurately prepared. One significant issue during this visit is the lack ofclean tables. To our dismay, no one was cleaning the dining area on a regular basis. We had to eat in the rear of therestaurant which was far too close to the restrooms for my liking. A considerable number of tables (at least 10-13) were inneed of cleaning/disinfecting. Acceptable but not great. Typical McDonald's. Frustrating drive through sign tells you to use both lanes only to find the right... side closed and then you have to circle the building while three more people get in front of you. And the lobby is closed evenfor pickup orders (March 2021). Fairly quick once I got past their thoughtlessness. Food was fine. Read more
I'm definitely a fan of McDonald's, more specifically their breakfast. This was the first time in awhile that we were in town... during breakfast time and I couldn't pass it up. We went inside because there was a line of cars wrapped almost completelyaround the building. When we got inside we had to use the screen because they don't use cashiers inside anymore. I prefer humaninteraction but I used it. Unfortunately it wasn't working properly so I didn't get my receipt and I didn't was to bother anyoneto try to find my receipt to reprint. If you're going to use computers instead of people, please make sure they work properly. Read more
