The manager at this location can be so rude sometimes. I?ve seen her yell at people for no reason at all. I did a curbside today... and she brought my food out and rudely told me, ?just to let you know we don?t do curbside in this weather!? It wasn?t evenraining?? I was so confused. If that?s true why do they let you order for curbside? My gosh I didn?t know walking 5 steps outthe front door with a little wind was bad weather. Did it hurt you that bad or maybe you were just having a bad day and have totake it out on everyone else. She even mumbled something as she was walking away from my car. Beyond rude and so unprofessionalfor a manager to behave that way. You work at a place that offers curbside if you don?t like it get another job. I had a sickkid in the car and did not consider the weather bad at all because it was a bit windy out. I ended up having to go back in formy drink anyways that she ?forgot?. I?ve been coming to this McDonald?s now for years because of how close it is to me but I?vealways dreaded her being in there because you just never know what mood she?s going to be in. I swear when I go there and order, they always mess up my order, i get a medium and they give me a small like bro, they need to... be neat and get orders right. My brother is disappointed because when we got there and order, he got no toy, and a small friesthats smaller then the smaller, the original small container is bigger then my hand but when he opened his boo basket, he got asmall container of fries smaller then his hand and he is 10. I come here almost every morning (get over it, I don't have a coffee maker lol) to get my mocha frappe and sweet tea before my... long a** shift. I park in the curbside parking (my app doesn't work in the drive thru nor the scanner inside), and the staffhere is always so kind about bringing the food to my car. I want to praise in particular the gorgeous blonde manager that worksin the morning. She is not only extremely nice, has wonderful customer service skills, but also seems to run her store reallywell.
