amazing breakfast!! so much better than the one on chaffee!! my frappe wasn?t liquid they made it perfect! and the hot cakes... were warm and tasted homemade almost!! and the hash brown was crispy and not soggy like other mcdonald?s. and the lady on themicrophone was so sweet and nice even called me love!! now i will be going to THIS mcdonald?s for breakfast!!!! Always a line but they move in a timely manner. Food was hot and fresh however they left some of my order out and I didn't know... it until I got home. Too far to go back. Double check our orders next time!! Some staff was really nice and apologetic when theydidn't have what I initially wanted. Read more
McDonald's is not the best it's not the worse but it would help you if you're really hungry and want to stop for a burger and... some fries. I gave 5 stars because this is a clean and laid back place, it's close and convenient to my house, plus one of myfriends i know works there. :) Read more
We sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before ordering, the ordertaker was rude. It took 20 minutes to get out of that drive thru.... With one car in front of us. They also didn't put the sauces in the bag. We ordered two spicy crispy sandwiches and they gave ustwo regular crispys. We said clearly, 4B. How does 4B sound like a 4A? Read more

Waited about 20 minutes because there was a car in front of us. The Big Mac I ordered was completely covered in salt and pepper.... Now, I love salt. I put it on everything. However, the salt on this burger came off like beach sand. The burger wasinedible. My son's happy meal came with a milk. The milk had been previously opened. The fries were old and cold and,ironically, unsalted. If I could give it less than a star, I would. It's absolutely insane that the franchise allows such lowquality employees. Read more
The employees were friendly but from the time I ordered and received my food was 15min. It was 2 sausage biscuits and 2 Hash... browns. I was the 3 person in line waiting to get my food. The food was warm and tasted like it should. It?s just always so slowand this use to be the best McDonald?s in Jacksonville! Read more
