The worst communication, and the worst customer service. I google mapped this place because it was, at the time, 2:25 AM. Since... this store was the closest, and listed as opened for 24 hours, I ordered on my McDonald?s app to expedite the process. The storeaccepted my order as soon as I arrived and updated my app to let them know I was at the store; my bank charged me as well. Iwalk inside and this Joe Dirt looking kid tells me that they received my order but he doesn?t know how because he said that theyare closed from 2 AM - 3 AM, and after 3 they only sell breakfast. So I let him know that I was charged and since they didreceive my order, I would need to receive some clarification from a manager. The manager came from the restrooms, hands morethan likely not washed, and this Gary Coleman looking woman comes up to Joe Dirt. He explains to her the situation and she walksto the back and says ?No, there?s nothing we can do!?. Then as she walks more towards the back I hear Joe say ?But the order didcome through, we saw it on the screen? and she starts questioning him on how my order did go through like he?s the McDonaldssoftware analyst. I never saw Miss Gary Coleman again, she must?ve been busy fixin up herself a Egg biscuit or something.Needless to say, I don?t hear or see anyone for 5-10 mins, just standing there waiting. Finally Joe comes to the front, thistime he brought a lil fake muscle with him, this guy looked like a failed wannabe surfer that never made it (we?ll call himBillabong). Joe Dirt tells me that there?s nothing they can do and to call the corporate number. So Billabong doesn?t saynothing the entire time, just stands there with his arms crossed just staring at me, not ?surfing? any purpose by coming to thefront. I asked Joe for corporates number, he mumbles out ?I don?t have the number? and then says ?I can google it for ya?. This will be my last time at this McDonald?s. There has been nothing but problems at this drive thru since I?ve started working... in this area. Even when there is no line, the drive thru attendant rushes you through your order. My food is always Luke warm atbest or over done. Luckily they?ve since fixed the drive thru speaker as it was hard to communicate, but it doesn?t matterbecause the food is always missing something anyway. Today, they were out of bbq sauce. What the hell? Convenient location tothe highway but the bad attitude, bad customer service, and bad food isn?t worth the time. Read more

Not sure how this is possible but our burgers were burnt, cold and the cheese was hard. If we hadn?t already been on the... interstate we would have gone back to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Wouldn?t feed this food to a stray dog Read more

Don?t know why they even bother to get a job, if they can even put together a sandwich at McDonald, so called Spicy Crispy... Chicken Sandwich, what I got was a pic of Chicken nugget sandwich, & then when I went back & asked for my sandwich, whoever wasin the back of the house, he just added other pice of chicken nuggets , just a simple task, but I guess was to much for them tofallow the picture on how to put them together ,it?s a shame, and they expect to get paid top $$$$ ??? Update: Finally has a visit to this McDonalds where I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for my food. However, based on this pic of... my large fries, I think I would rather wait for them to make my fries. This isn't even half full! That's what I get for being ina rush. This has to be the absolute slowest McDonalds on the planet. Yes, the entire planet! Most orders are accurate so thatis their only plus. But if you're in a rush, this is not the McD's to run into real quick. Read more

Manager and team members having raucous, profanity laced discussion in the lobby. Service was speedy but inaccurate. Condiments... were left out although noted on my receipt and an item I asked to have removed was presented with my order. Fries were hard andcold. When I asked for fresh fries the tram member said, "I made those myself. They have only been sitting for ten minutes."Then he told another team member they are too low on fries to make more right now. My order was at 9:53pm. Rude and disrespectful employees. I did a mobile app so I won't have to interact with nobody. The app said my order was done.I... went to the counter they told me my order was not ready My bag set for 15 minutes with no one notifying that the bill was done.The Caucasian family are behind me got their mail before me. The lady said that I should have went to ask to see if my mail wasready when I did. Now I have to eat cold hamburgers like a fu?king dog. Because I want Mexican out of food That's how I felt . horrific. the workers on 3/25/22 at 1AM (2 women) sat at the counter closed and don?t do any work every night and get paid to do... it. i understand it?s going bad for them, but still this is horrific. Read more
