I went this morning 11/2/2022 between the hours of 4-5 AM, saw an employee standing outside, I politely asked ?sir are you guys... open ?? He had no acknowledgement of me which is fine so I had to ask two more times and he acknowledged the third time andreplied rudely ?I?m standing outside waiting to get in we aren?t open yet? I replied okay ?it shows you all are open 24 hoursonline?, (so he could let his management know to change it), he then replies very rudely with a bad attitude ?I?m not a managerwhat do you want, neither of them are here? I was just trying to let him simply know that it says that they are open 24hronline. I?m writing this review because this interaction after a long night of work really upset me that an EMPLOYEE would actthis way towards a customer politely asking if your open. I really hate to see this kind of attitude of others not caring abouttheir workplace and the lack of respect for me the customer and the workplace was very prevalent this morning. I have visitedthis location 2-3 times a week for the past few weeks and not had bad service. It takes one bad attitude towards a customer toturn them away. Read more

I can remember drive throughs having a 90 second clock. Today they loose more money by people pulling out of the drive. A full... 60minutes in the drive through. It?s rare I get the urge for a double cheeseburger. So when I finally got the food the burgertasted like cardboard. The next morning severe diarrhea. Those reading this need to call the health department. The morecomplaints the better. This location needs to fire everyone and start from the ground up. Horrible location. Read more

We were in the drive through last night, waited for 5 minutes and no one took our order. Didn't even say anything through the... speaker. The manager of this mcdonalds clearly has no clue on how to manage and should be replaced that or all the slowemployees here. Read more

It really is a 50/50 shot here. I doesn't matter if it's packed or slow. You can get undercooked or overcooked but nothing... in-between. Also save yourself ordering large fries. They will not fill the container and you'll get medium if you're lucky. They'll also hand you the wrong drink and size. So make sure before you leave.... Read more

So this McDonald's is close to my house and that is why I had continued to put up with their utter lack of consideration for... their customers until tonight. But after the 3rd time of sitting in front of the speaker to order for an extended periods oftime and be ignored only for someone to get on with a ton of attitude and tell me they had to close early or their credit cardmachine is down so they are only taking cash I had to vent with a bad review- which is something I hardly do. Look McDonald's isa sub par on food, so I will never complain about the quality because I know what I am signing up for, but when you wastecustomers' time multiple times, over charge for orders or on multiple occasions forget big chunks of orders only to get a ton ofattitude from staff when asked to fix it, it is clear these franchise owners don't care about their customers that make them anexorbitant amount of money - which is the least they could do to make up for the much higher prices and poor quality of food.Like your staff doesn't even need to smile or say good day when I order. Just do the bare minimum and respect people's time. Themanager also doesn't care and is not really not equipped with the decision making skills to properly handle situations likethese. P.s. when I left people where still in line waiting because no one told them they had closed down because their staff hadtimed out yet all their menus were on no sign was put up or someone come out and tell them. This McDonald's is hit & miss. Sometimes it's good & sometimes bad. This last experience was good for what I am used to from... them. 3 stars because they took my order at 10:53 pm, were fairly friendly, got the order right this 1 time out of severalvisits, & I didn't experience rudeness like in the past. Granted I sat in line for 35 minutes waiting 2 move up 2 the 1stordering spot. I thought about just going home since it was so slow moving, but I just kept holding on to hope since I hadnothing at home readily available & this place was the only one open. think it went better than normal because there were olderladies working that night, as in adults over 35. I drove by 3 nights prior when it was supposed 2 b open in the later eveningbetween 9:30 & 10:15 pm & saw cars pulling around to order & then driving off due 2 no service. It had the light on outside &inside, but saw nobody as far as workers. So I didn't even go there. I also ordered later in the evening b4, had people laughwhile they made me wait forever after I paid (almost an hour), short me food & mess up the only ketchup order & then not openthe drive thru window when they knew I was waiting there. I believe the teens & young adults working that night messed up theorder & short it on purpose. I even pulled bk around 2 the order spot to let them know about the missing items, no answer, &then the window & I saw them run away from the window laughing to hide. I called while at the window & saw a girl go toward theoffice, but not answer. Probably deleted the message I left for the manager. It was a normal order situation & nothing I didwarranted that behaviour from employees. The only thing I can think of is I had a heavy person in my car & we ordered severalcheeseburgers, but nothing out if the ordinary for a family of 5, plus some toddlers being babysat. Were they being rude makingassumptions about 2 people in a car & the amount of food. I don't know why they would act that way & so rude. U Read more

I have to admit I rarely go to McDonald's. I am showing my age but I remember when McDonald's was awesome. Now they precooked... the burgers and evidently the chicken sandwich now as well. I ordered the chicken sandwich with large fries and a Coke. Thefries were hot and delicious. Unfortunately it stopped there. The Coke was a diet. The chicken had been microwaved. The bun aswell. Yuk. I miss the days when I went to McDonald's to get the all American meal and it was hot and fresh and so delicious. Read more
