Worst ice cream experience ever. I visited this location with my wife and 2 friends and there was maybe 2 people in front of us.... It was slow but I wasn?t overly worried. My wife orders a shake and is being helped by one employee and then I?m up next. Theemployee said oh I?m going to skip you and help this other group that had been waiting maybe 20 seconds while I?ve been patientfor 8-10 minutes. I honestly didn?t know what to say so I just said ?are you serious.? All while the employee helping my wifehad no idea what she was doing and blended her shake into chocolate milk. My wife declined the liquid soup she was given and Ijust stepped out of line and said let?s just go somewhere else and our other friends in our party agreed. So we went down theroad to mayday ice cream and I?m so glad I did their selection was twice as big and their employees were leaps and bounds morepleasant. Do yourself a favor and just drive like 3-4 more minutes down the road to mayday and you will be glad you did. Read more
I came in today ( nov 7) to get some lovely ice cream that I heard so much about and when I went in it was the worst customer... service ever. When I went to place my order and it was the worst then the ice cream wasn?t all in the cup my hands were stickydue to it over flowing. Ice cream and milkshake were great; the low rating was for the complaints we heard when we placed the majestic milkshake order.... One of the servers just went on a rant on how she hated making them and suggested people should go to the Yard on towncenter.Save to say that?s where we will be going from now on. Just came in ordered $11 worth of ice cream and their machine wasn?t working. Queen was super nice about it but her co worker... was rude and snappy and kept saying it was my card after trying 2 debit cards and a credit card. Worst service ever. Read more

Customer service hasn't ever been great but, it has gone down hill. They messed up my order. They acknowledged they messed up my... order and the young kid just said," I can give you a free banana.". What?! No I don't want the free brown speckled banana that'shanging on for dear life. Yes I did tip before I knew my order was messed up. Guess we're going to start going to MAYDAYinstead. Read more
Great prices, and a great alternative to Cold Stone Creamy. The prices seemed to be high, but you can have as many flavor... add-ins as you'd like at no extra cost. You may have to wait a little while, but it's worth it. Read more
