Yummy Pizza! Affordable Too. I Ordered Just A Small Meat Lovers Pizza And A Drink. Quiet Atmosphere.
My boyfriend absolutely loves pizza; he could eat it everyday! I like it, but it's definitely not one of my favorite foods and... I certainly don't have a favorite or 'go to' place that I get it from. About a month ago, we decided to find a local place toget it from instead of our normal 'Al's Pizza' or 'Papa Johns.' I found this place & it had pretty awesome reviews, so we gaveit a shot. I have to tell you, this is THE BEST pizza that I have EVER had! Literally the first bite I took, I looked at himand said, "Wow, this is awesome pizza!" They put some kind of spices in their sauce & get a char on the cheese that literallyknocks it out of the world! I've been back probably three times in the last month. The boyfriend agrees that this is the bestpizza he's had since he moved from New York 30 years ago (although this isn't New York style pizza), so consider this two 5 starreviews! Better than their pizza is their customer service. Each time I have called or gone in to pick up my order, allemployees have been super gracious - and they always thank me for my business as I leave. I love finding small family ownedbusinesses to support & I will recommend Mama Q's Pizza to everyone I know who lives anywhere close to it! Read more
Some of the best pizza I?ve had in Jacksonville. Everyone is always helpful and nice. Pro tip: They don?t accept carry out... orders an hour before they close so if you want a pizza togo make sure you place it before then. I recommend Dad?s Favoriteor Hawaii 5-0 Read more
I've eaten their pizza a few times and I have always been satisfied with the taste and quality. However, today their customer... service really shined through. I ordered on the phone for pick-up, and after paying for my pizza I walked out with my order. Oneof the chefs stopped me before I got to my car, and told me that they weren't satisfied with the quality of the pizza they'vegiven me and we're actually making me a new one and the cashier had not known that. I immediately gave the pizza back notminding at all, but when I got inside they offered me a free dessert and drink for the inconvenience of the extra three to fourminutes it would take for them to finish the new pizza they were making me. I am so impressed with their customer service, andtheir dedication to Quality what a great restaurant! I even paid with a coupon, sorry I was already getting a discount so I gotway more food than I paid for on top of all of that! Five stars for sure! Read more
