I love their food when I go there but yesterday was different and I ordered curbside pickup. It said it would be ready by 6:30,... which gave them 45 minutes. When I arrived at 6:35, I sat there for 10 minutes and received my cold food at 6:45. The sweetpotato was not fully cooked, the steak was not as ordered, and the salad was just lettuce with no sauce or anything. Verydisappointed. Read more
A name to keep, we look forward to when we go to specialty meat houses.. the place is very cozy, you can't go wrong ordering a... New York Strip and a ceazer salad. Unfortunately the salad dressing was pretty heavy, it wasn't made in-house. I already ateceazer salad wanting another dish, but I couldn't finish these. The meat was beautiful and at the right point that I asked forit, but the texture of the meat was not as tender as I expected, it could have been the cut or the origin of the meat, but I'vehad other cuts from the New York Strip in melt in your mouth. the service of the girl was nice.. Everything was great! Our server was on point and so polite! We ate there after church and it wasn't too crowded. The entrees... were hot and delicious and the rest of the staff was so attentive, even to tables that weren't theirs. This is going to be oursteakhouse spot for sure! Read more
Update to my last visit :Today was a good day and it was Tina to the rescue. Ask to be seated in Tina?s section ?????????? We... bring our managers here for lunch about every other week and we always get excellent service. We always get a nice big boothand the staff they presently have seems to have their act together. The waitress?s knowledge of the menu seems to be aboveaverage and at the present time, the Atlantic Blvd location has lucked up and put an excellent crew together. Today Beatricewas our waitress and she was wonderful. The only thing that made me upset was the host. The host was about to sit other people down meanwhile we got there before they... did. She could have greeted everyone and asked who got there first or something in that field. I did get a little anxiety whenshe did not approach me and she approached the wrong person. Thankfully that person told her that I was there before they wereespecially the fact that I stood up immediately when she approached the wrong person. Even prior to leaving the host vibe andenergy was off. She barely said have a good day it was more of a mumble and it was kind of annoying almost as if it was personalbut if it wasn't that's something she should keep home. Our server was very nice and very understanding. We ordered thechildren's mac and cheese and we ordered the salmon and I ordered the steak New York strip medium rare. Everything came out ontime everything came out together and everything came out delicious. The bathrooms are very clean. The restaurant was veryquiet and decent as other families enjoy the meals as well.
