So I've been wanting to visit this place for awhile now and finally got the chance since my job was still closed from hurricane... Ian. I asked the staff for a recommendation and she suggested the enchiladas. Nice serving but very underwhelming. This seemslike a very toned down American version of what they think enchiladas should taste like. Enchiladas are one of my favoritedishes. If it's on the menu, I'm ordering it. Remember when Taco Bell had Enchiritos on their menu (still bitter about themdiscontinuing it) those tasted better than this. Enchilada sauce has a very distinct flavor to it. This tasted like plain olunseasoned tomato sauce. The steak filling was cooked nice but plain as well. It came with rice and black beans and they werecooked right correctly...overall a lackluster meal. Didn't finish it but might later after I hook up the leftover. Read more

So I was disappointed....in myself that I couldn't bite the "lol" burger, too big!! It was great, 2 big patties, cheese... sticks, grilled cheese, sauce. Loved it. Fries crispy and hot. Also got a beef taco on the side cause I have a bigappetite. Ate it all but filled me up!! Def a great place for lunch. Read more

Overall great experience! We started with the chips and queso, and of course drinks. The appetizer did NOT dissapoint. The chips... were crispy and fresh tasting, the queso ooey gooey and yummy. We dipped our entrees in the queso for sure. My hubby ordered theCurious George burrito. I was suprised at his choosing because he can be picky about burritos, but he wanted somethingdifferent. It had plantains in it. He said it was amazing because it helped balance out the spicy-ness (which he loves anabundance of anyway). We travel a lot and my husband is a burrito fanatic; this burrito was huge, the tortilla was great, it waswrapped perfectly, and the flavors hit. He hasn't found a burrito outside of our hometown that he actually would have again, andthis one was a 5 star. I order the tacos; one steak and one chicken. I have to say, the chicken taco was one of the best pulledchicken tacos I've ever had, the aolio on top was delicious and I would give it 5 stars as well. It was the steal that had me.Usually I wouldn't lose a star from it, but not just once, but multiple times, there were un-chewable pieces, super tough in thetaco, and the flavor of the beef just was not there; how ever, I could have eaten the toppings of the taco without the meatbecause that stuff is good). I did finish it, because I hate wasting steak, but it jsut wasn't there for me. As for the drinks,I ordered the Berry Berry Margarita with added pomegranate, and it was awesome!!! My husband order a tequila sunrise and he saidit was one of the best he's had. Overall, wonderful place. We for sure want to come back next time we come see family. I'm gonnaneed the chips and queso again for sure. Read more

Ain't nothing like some good Mexican food. I've heard this restaurant's name all around and finally got a chance to drop in. We... went on a Sunday afternoon so the crowd was minimal and parking was easy to find since the location is in a high traffic area. The customer service was awesome and atmosphere was different. Really like the car hoods painted with murals. I tried one of thefamous margaritas I don't recall the name but it's the blue one. ???? I would say get at least 2 and what better value than$6.97. We tried the fajita bowl with steak. It was so good ,especially if you're a rice and beans fan like myself. We also gotthe wet willie...the name don't lie, it's super wet. Huge portions. Also had quesadilla and kids taco. Tried the mango frozentoo. I prefer on the rocks instead of frozen. Will definitely return. Nice outside area to sit, good vibes and various musicselections. There?s an old saying, ?If you can?t make it good, make it big.? I ordered the Wet Willie Burrito because I was hungry and was... a signature dish highlighted on the menu. It?s like the size of a small dog. It?s hefty. To cut to the chase, it was the SINGLEWORST BURRITO OF MY LIFE. It took them 2.5-3 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. To be fair I was in the in-between hoursof lunch and dinner 3 o?clock, but still. Admittedly I finished it all because I hate wasting. The beef was unseasoned, therice was overcooked. Zero seasonings represent Mexico. And the ooey gooey cheese was plastic-y. To top it off the avocado was onthe cusp of inedible. I now understand what Gordon Ramsay means when he says, ?It?s like a wet diaper.? The aftertaste lingeredfor hours afterwards. Fortunately I did not get sick. This atmosphere needs to progress out of dank bar food because you haveto be drunk to enjoy it. Sad but true. Read more

Bring your big appetite! Lola's is located in one of my favorite areas in the city. So, dining outside was a must (for the... people-watching). We went around noon on a Saturday. It wasn't very busy when we arrived, but it was by the time we left around130pm. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. He was also attentive, checking on us throughout themeal. We started with dessert (because why not). We had the Choco Nachos. I don't normally like churros, but they were so good! The cinnamon, chocolate, and strawberries were a perfect combination. For our meals we had a veggie burrito and a burger withfries. Both were delicious!! The portions here are HUGE! So be prepared to share or take a doggy bag. Read more

first off the empanada was perfectly flakey yet crunchy. I had the one with beef in it and it was just the right amount of... savory that my mouth needed. Our server Stephanie recommended some great options. my friends ordered the shrimp burrito andenjoyed his as well. we did share a side of mexican street corn off the cob, but was not impressed, it was a lower tier streetcorn. the service was good, everything was good... 9/10 stars Read more
