I ordered a pizza online. I arrived at the drive thru and was told to pull over into the pick up spot. I sat there for over 40... mins. They kept bringing out everyone's pizza but mine. Even people that came after me was getting there pizzas before me. Ithen drove back thru the drive thru and the lady acted like she hadn't seen me when I told her I had been waiting over 40 minsshe said oh I have your pizza. They was to lazy to bring it out. But yet they had time to stand out on the sidewalk smoking andplaying with a bike. If there was a choice of zero stars I would give it to them. The lady did not even have the courtesy toapologize. I get being busy, but no one was even trying. Preordered and waited 45 minutes past the pick up time and still wasn?t given an... estimate of how much longer. So I sat with the 12 other people waiting just like me and watched the multitude of health codeviolations (eating on the same table pizzas were being boxed, not to mention the cook who must have had a rash the amount shewas scratching under her shirt) When I asked to speak to the manager to see if I could get a real answer she refunded the checkbefore even talking to me. Told her I wanted my family?s dinner more than my money back and was told the cops would be calledif I didn?t leave?I know it?s fast food, but come on. Read more
The guy or girl with the purple braids didn?t give me my change. My total was $6.97 and he didn?t even attempt to give me the 3... pennies. You can?t just keep someone?s change because you don?t think it has value. I happen to collect pennies so this was aproblem for me. I don?t know how the employees are trained but this is a bad business practice. Read more
The most ridiculous experience I?ve had at a fast food restaurant. Placed a drive thru order on 10/25 around 7:00pm, the person... taking our order at the drive through had headphones on and seemed irritated to be there. Between each sentence would put theirheadphones back on, and have to take them off to listen to the rest of our order. They messed the order up, we waited 30 minutesfor a woman to come out with only one pizza. When I mentioned that we had more to the order, she turned around and walked awayas I was talking, and didn?t answer my questions. She came back out to give the admitted remake pizza to the car next to us,going back inside, again ignoring my questions about our order. About 5 minutes later a different woman came out with our pizzaand breadsticks, but was missing the soda. I asked about it, she told me it wasn?t on the order. I told her I ordered the meal,and she as well, turned around and headed back inside. After a few minutes I went in and asked her about the soda. She printedthe receipt showing the order was placed incorrect. Then before I could respond, called another customer up. I had to standthere while another customer complained of his order being messed up, which made another employee chuckle. I eventually was ableto pay for the soda and leave. It wasn?t that the order was taken wrong, it was the treatment of the employees being sodismissive and rude that really gets to me. Terrible services during the evening. Disorganized, obnoxious attitude, not a great place to buy pizza--and I love Ceasars.... Upper management needs to monitor the evening employees. Won't go there again. Read more

I am using the Little Caesar's app for the first time. The app says my food will be ready a 6:45 pm and I placed the order at... 6:11 pm. The restaurant is telling me I have to wait 45 minutes longer then my promised time. I am very unhappy with the serviceI received and makes me not want to order again at any Little Caesar's Pizza.
