Worst place in existence. It's amazing! How can a pizza place survive without answering their phone? They completely and utterly... refused to answer their phone. I've seen them hang up the phone by putting it on silent instead of picking it up. It blows mymind 2022 UPDATE: - This place has done very well lately. There phone lines are still bad but it's at least because of thecheap owner and not the staff. The customer service isn't too bad either. They are probably the most consistent when it comes tomaking good food. Maybe I was wrong about this place. Read more

I always order online. Delicious and hot! Honestly way better than other chains. I'm not sure if it's this location in... particular or they've changed recipes and ingredients, but the pizza here is bomb! This particular location of the Little Caesars Pizza was absolutely a wonderful experience and the cashier that helped me was... absolutely even more wonderful! He went the extra mile and I certainly more than appreciate that and I recognize extraordinarycustomer service when I see it and this young man certainly has that and then some. Upon reviewing my receipt the young man'sname the cashier that I am speaking of is: Mousa A. And I would like to personally thank him and let the manager know what abeyond wonderful job he did as previously explained above. Now let's talk about the pizza. I'm unable to convey as to myreasoning, but I absolutely love Little Caesars Pizza! So long as as it's hot and fresh, that's the key - And it most certainlywas. Although, I had a special order along with a single serve Pepsi, it did not take that long at all to receive my order. Ialso had ordered one of their cookie dough brownies but the cashier I've already spoken about above, later came out toy vehicleto inform me that he didn't know, but they were out of their cookie dough brownies with M&M" on top. He then queried me whetheror not I wanted it refunded or if I wanted some cheesy bread. I replied oh goodness that's just too much bread so I'll go aheadand take the refund and thank you for letting me know. He brought out the refund and then at that moment I requested that heplease bring me more napkins as I'm utterly graceful - ????! Said cashier, the young man went the extra mile and did just that. And he of course apologized even though he didn't know that they were out of their, "Cookie Dough Brownies With M&Ms On Top"that they, unbeknownst to me anyway, offer. Too bad you cant give negitive stars! -5 is what I rate this location! We placed and paid for our order online and went to... pick it up at the exact time it was to be ready... we get to the drive thru and give our order #, which is all we should haveto give, then we are asked to tell them what we ordered... fine here's the list of 14 things we ordered... the clerk then tellsus that they are out of the jalapeno cheese cups (which we ordered 4 of to make the gross pizza taste like something besidescardboard), would we like ranch buffalo-umm no, the 2 sauces are not even similar! So we ask for a refund of the amount for the4 sauces... this turns into a 10 minute battle on how much those sauces cost-even though it is legit printed on the reciept!!! After all that hassle, we get home to find the most disgusting crazy bread I have ever seen (and I worked at a little ceasersfor 3 years!!!). It was so under cooked we couldnt eat it, 2 full orders!!! I felt the need to add the photos of the grossunder cooked and worst crazy bread ever in hopes that you will pick a different location, like I will be doing even if its alittle farther away!
