I don't where to begin. So I'll just start with the app that does work right. Once I arrived at the location the young lady... didn't acknowledge anyone in the line nor announce the name on pizzas out of the oven area. The oven cooks were cooking butthere was playing, cussing and very loud talking over the loud music which wouldn't have bother me if you could hear it over thetalking. I have come to accept that when I go to certain places look around and know what to expect. Good help is truly hard tofind because some people really don't have a standard for themselves so why come to a job and have something that you don't giveyourself. ???? Read more
I don't frequent Little Caesars and this visit let me know why. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while the workers... were standing around laughing and talking. One of the workers was on her cell phone laughing and talking. She looked at meseveral times and never addressed me. The other two were talking to each other about when they come back to work as one of themwas getting ready to leave. The worker that was on the cell phone was loud the entire time I was in there. I waited for 2personal pan pizzas and 2 drinks for a lil over 45 minutes. Will never patronize this location again. Read more
Just left the establishment and for one it felt like I was in a concert the music was so loud that I couldn't hear myself... placing the order let alone the cashier but to my surprise she was able to get it right. Now once I arrived home both of myitems were raw. I'm not against playing music in the work environment but have some common decency when customers come in youshould turn it down and pay attention to the task in hand. I guess this is what happens when children are left alone to dogrown-up things. Read more
The cashier was rude, looking on her phone. Finally looked up and said nothing to me. I asked my I order, they nodded at me.... Music was to loud, they were in the back singing loud. Need more customers service training. I had to wait, that was fine, butdidn't let me know it was going to be a minute or two. Brought my order and she did say thank you baby. Wow Read more
VERY busy location all the time! Order online ahead, is the best option if your in a hurry. Customer Service was Good for as... fast paced & how much pressure the workers were under. Waited a little bit but our food was Fresh, Correct & still warm when wegot home ???? Keep up the good work. Read more
Excellent service. Those young people working there did a excellent job. Very busy store. However my order was correct and pizza... hot. I suggest ordering online. Difficult to get them to answer the phone because the store is so busy. Read more

Walked in and there was trash and dirt all over the floor. Counters up front and in back looked like they haven?t been wiped off... in a year, and nobody thought it was appropriate to wear gloves when making food. Definition of ?trashy? Read more
