Rude careless bad custmer survice where do i begin .went in ordered a sandwich to go tiped on the to go order bc im a human... being not like the people that work there was only person in there. Guy at the register was ok even tho he asked if i wanet apickle i said yes get home and no pickle in the bag the girl made the sub told her thank you no reply something told me dont goin there go to publix which i always will from now on rip of shame bad bad service waste of money they don't care ..john thishappened monday evening on 7/11/22 around 8pm it was a girl and the guy in there working girl seemed like she does not care atall basically felt like she wanet me to leave fast the guy wasn't bad .. Good subs! I ordered the tuna salad sub with all of their standard toppings plus some extra mayo. I actually liked the fact that... they don't go too heavy on the condiments. My order was ready in just a couple of minutes. Read more
I bought a sandwhich from you guys and received the wrong order. I didnt realize until after i had taken the first bite and then... noticed it wasnt what i ordered. I made the issue known and tried to give the sandwhich back for the correct order, because thiswas not what i got, and you guys would not make right by yalls mistake because i ?touched and bit? the sandwhich beforerealizing it was the incorrect order. Wow! I walked in there was at least 15 people in front of me. I was close to walking out. However the line was moving quickly.... After ordering I received my sub within 5 min. I don?t know what system they have down but it?s working. You can tell theemployees there all work hard and quickly. By far best Larry?s to go to in Jax. Read more

One of my favorite places to get a NY-style sub sandwich. Today, I went here specifically to get a meatball sub!! Yum.
Always good food. This location has been my husband's go to place for 20+ years, when he was a coach at UNF and it still is now... that he's retired. I rarely get to accompany him but recently did, they clearly know their regulars, what they are going toorder and treat them great. It made me happy. Read more
