Terrible expirence. Gave me a completely wrong order and then said I was to blame for not knowing the exact name of the... sandwhich. I asked for an ITALIAN and got a BLT. Very bad experience at this location. Went in to order 2 large subs. Ordered 2 Large 12 inch Cuban sandwiches both all the way... as they come. They have a sign right at the cash register that says "Voted best Cuban in Jacksonville" so we were excited to tryit out. Waited a decently long time to get the sandwiches. Me and my family drove to Amelia Island to enjoy the day and when weopened the sandwiches we instantly noticed they were completely wrong and not what we ordered. I called the locationimmediately and asked how we could fix it and the manager Andrew acknowledged the mistake and offered to make the correct subsif we brought back the ones we had already had. I explained that was the only food we had for our outing so that we would beeating some of it but would be returning later in the day. Told me that if we eat them he can only offer 50% off our order of 2more subs next time we come back in. We come back later in the day today, the same day we bought the original sandwiches, andthey switched it up on us and were only wanting to offer 50% off on one sandwich. We even brought back almost 1 whole sub thatwe did not eat to prove to them they gave us the incorrect subs. This could have been an easy fix as it was 100% on thislocation for giving me the complete wrong order. Hopefully you guys will do the right thing in the future with your payingcustomers. I hate writing bad reviews but this was really unacceptable after driving all the way back to try and get thiscorrected. Read more
Food not as ordered. Just being made after called in 45 minutes prior. Cook forgot to cook sandwiches. I specifically ordered... double meat, cheese and mayo. Now have to remove peppers and onions. Read more
I came here for lunch during the week. From the second we walked in the staff was super friendly and willing to provide... suggestions. I went with the destroyer sub. It was great all the meat was super fresh, vegetables where crunchy. Trullys enjoyedthe entire experience. When I am back in town looking forward to stoping back in to get another sub. If you are in theJacksonville area this is a must stop. Read more
