I had a delivery to this establishment today, and when I arrived, I was instructed to take the items into a food prep area,... which my long hair was down. Had I known, I would have come in with my hair pulled back. Then I got yelled at for being tooclose to prepared food when there was really no where else to stand. I will not deliver here anymore. the staff was unfriendlyand not at all helpful. Read more

Food is fresh and hot. They have always been able to accommodate any of my last-minute large orders. My favorites are the... empanadas. They are always so fresh, flaky, and filled to perfection! The owners are so friendly. I always have a goodexperience when I go there to dine in or take out. Read more

This place does the food right. Tastes authentic and I would definitely come back! AND I have three more times in a span of five... consecutive days. This place has been here for over a year and you can locate the kitchen in the corner of the first floortowards the back right of the building as you enter the corporate building. I originally would give this place five stars but Iwas unhappy with my latest order. Today (July 11) I ordered some Pan de Ube and asked for two containers (two packs of8). -first the cashier informed me there is one on the shelf and it is fresh. I informed the cashier lady that it will expire intwo days (July 13, based on the sticker on the container). I was intending to buy fresh bread that will last a week for me andmy family. Eating a roll and a day would be sufficient with a fresh batch. The cashier lady informed me they can make a newbatch later today and have two fresh containers. -upon picking up my order (~two hours later). I picked up the order and noticeda couple differences between the two Pan de Ube containers. 1. One container was lighter than the other. 2. The darker containerwas "warmer" to touch. 3. The smell from the darker was "fresher" (I also noticed that the lighter container had more of ayeasty aroma similar to the same batch that I bought from Thursday July 7th). For those people who bake bread/dinner rolls mayhave noticed this when the bread becomes old. Next, I called the bakery and one of the owners informed me that it is a newbatch. I agreed to her assurance even with the container dated as 7/18 with a damage crease in the container near the best bydate. -Finally, I got home and tasted both of them. There is a big difference in taste and smell. I was assured that even in thesame batch the owner told me that some of the bread can be lighter and the others. The lighter batch I ate now tasted similar tomy last Pan de Ube (I had bought from Thursday July 7th) that was 5 days old. The darker Pan de Ube taste Read more

Hidden gem in Jax! Found this place by accident. The pansit bihon is made to order and it was so delicious! Reminds me of the... pansit my grandma used to make. Also the Sans Rival was really good. I have yet to find a filipino store that sells them. Iwould like to try the Ube Flan cake next. I highly recommend them if you like filipino food! Read more

We came into Jax and stayed for a week. We had their food multiple times while in town. The owners are so nice and the food is... spectacular! If you think two dozen lumpia is enough, you will be disappointed! Photo credit - my wife. Read more

Went on a whim and I'm glad I did. The place is very clean and the owner and staff are friendly. Food is made from scratch and... is made fresh. I got the Tosilog with fresh Ticino. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The siopao is the best I'veever had, again fresh and filled. I can't wait to go back. Read more

I wish they open on weekends cos I would go here all the time! I haven?t been there as I?m busy work days but I asked my husband... to buy me mango cake and adobo for my birthday. Mango cake is definitely our favorite cake ever now. It was so soft and not toosweet. Adobo made me cry a bit cos it?s they very same taste as how my grandma would make it. Read more
