Your store has 3 different signs all stating you are back open 24 hours a day. Twice now my wife and I have gone out of our way... to stop by and both times the business was deserted. Last night it was only 9:30 Take down the signs, that?s all you have todo. Read more
The last time I went I waited in the drive through for a few minutes before trying the lobby at 3pm. It was locked, so I went... back to the drive through. After waiting a few more moments in line, an employee comes out and tells me that they are closeduntil 5pm when more people come in. The time after I was told that they are only making krystals right now and cannot makeanything else on the menu for some reason. Love the breakfast but this morning was a flop. The lady working the drive through was rude and acted like it was a bother to... her to do her job. I ordered the 3 eggs breakfast and she said sausage or bacon and I said bacon and toast. She said that willbe $x.xx pull around. I said, do you no longer get a drink with that? She said, "that's the combo and you have to say combo whenyou order but I rang you up for the combo pull around". Never asking what I wanted to drink or how I would like my eggs cooked.So... I drove around and onto the road to eat some where else. I eat here multiple times a week. Never have I ever had to say 3egg breakfast COMBO. They have always asked me, "Would you like a drink" and "how would you like your eggs cooked"? I woulddrive 30 minutes to another Krystal to avoid this type of service again. Read more
Horrible customer service . My co worker and I walked in (which we were the only one waiting to get our order taken ) waited for... about 25 minutes and there was 3 cars in the drive thru there was a lady working it and doing nothing but complaining aboutworking there and then she was gonna do front counter and drive-through then after about 25 minutes seemed like there was amanager (she was wearing a black polo)come through as she had EarPods in her ear and holding her cell phone and asked agentleman if he was there for a interview didn?t even acknowledge us at all . She told him to come back behind the counterdidn?t wash hands or anything like is suppose to happen by anyone coming pass the counter not to mention not in uniform oranything . Still waited for another 10 mins and we were just ignored. We finally left and gave up hope on eating lunch there . Idid over hear them talking about they don?t have help because not paying overtime and no one wants to work there . The lady inthe drive thru could of said something to us like anything but she is probably a main reason why they have no help as just sonegative and a cancer to a good working environment. Read more
Ordered 24 burgers and fries online. We only got 12 burgers and the fries. We drive back and the employee says she can?t give us... the rest of the order and will have to talk to a manager in the morning :( Update: manager was nice about it and apologizedwithout having to do any back and forth. Pretty upsetting that I ordered through the website and it delivered through DoorDash and the driver marked it as delivered and... never delivered the food. The email says for any order issues to go to the website. But the website is broken! You can't contactanyone. Tried calling the number and all it has is a recording telling you to go to the website. Had to call DoorDash, and theycouldn't even get the location on the line. Never had any issues before. Read more
