The last time I went I waited in the drive through for a few minutes before trying the lobby at 3pm. It was locked, so I went... back to the drive through. After waiting a few more moments in line, an employee comes out and tells me that they are closeduntil 5pm when more people come in. The time after I was told that they are only making krystals right now and cannot makeanything else on the menu for some reason. Pretty upsetting that I ordered through the website and it delivered through DoorDash and the driver marked it as delivered and... never delivered the food. The email says for any order issues to go to the website. But the website is broken! You can't contactanyone. Tried calling the number and all it has is a recording telling you to go to the website.
