This place is a mess. The night manager is very tolerant of his disrespectful staff. I understand that they are hiring and they... need to keep all the staff they can. But the employee that interrupted me while ordering from the manager only to "tell" him,not ask, to go on break needs to be let go. Food was good. I mean, it's Krystal. Read more
Workers lied. There were 4 of them in the building and they said their system was down. I went ahead and did pickup order in... the parking lot and when I pulled in and told them my name they had the order. If the system is actually down it wont print outmobile/pickup orders, if the system is actually down it doesnt allow any incoming orders because there isnt anything to send itto. Not the quality of the place it's the quality of the service. The manager was friendly and greeted us as we came in.... Service with a smile. The food was hot and fresh. Standard Krystal, however they had NOTHING but regular sliders, not even with onions. Regular sliders with or without cheese and... that's all they had for their entire menu that night. The lady on the drive through was super nice though. Read more
Who ever runs this place need to clean house because it ridiculous. The crew that's on between 5 and 530 in the morning is lazy,... rude, and inconsiderate! This is the only Krystal that in my route to work. Every time I come there they out side smoking andsay it's a shift change. So this morning I stated that I will wait. Three people took there time counting a couple of dollar thecame to the window ask me what I was having. I received my order in 2 minutes. VERY HARD potato tots and hard bread on my sunrisers and my sweet tea tastes like water. I didn't have time to go back because I had already waited for the "shift change" anddidn't have time. I will not be coming back to this place and I will be going to the Krystals website to file another complaint! Read more
I got cussed out by this piece of work because she wanted to rush me on the intercom and I told her 3 times I?m not ready yet.... When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me but told me she was a manager (no indication of this I believe she was lyingto shut me up). She was extremely rude and cussed me out with my girlfriend sitting right next to me. Update: Got the samecopy/paste message from the ?owner?, with no indication the problem has been resolved. This employee should not be able to workthere if they get upset at a customer asking for a moment and demand that customer ?stop being rude?. Nobody was ever rude toher until after she decided to verbally attack. This is so disappointing and I strongly suggest nobody else visit thisKrystal?s, and if you do don?t dare ask for a minute at the menu. Omg this is the most despicable place I have ever been too. I ordered a 12 sack combo of Krystal?s with no onions and I received... 12 sandwiches that you can throw like bricks. The meat was so Hard. It appeared that it was old. I asked the manager Wayne for arefund and he literally told me he can not give me one. I asked why not and he said he just can?t and offered to remake them. Isaid if you can remake them correctly it should of been made correctly the first time and refused to give me a refund. Themanager said I can?t and walked off! Worst chain of fast food in America!!! Just went through drive thru ordered 12 Krystal with cheese sack full, sign on menu board... clearly said $14.99 get to the window lady says $21.99 I said it said $14.99 she told me if I don't want it go somewhere else!!!Don't go to this Krystals it's a waste of money and obviously owners don't care if they hire people like that!
