Over this place. Love Krystal's, this spot just never had it in order. I'm not even going to attempt to explain the past few... years of redundant instances.. This time it's a 10 minute wait after waiting ten minutes for the first car to go. Three carsdrive out and I'm told 10 minutes before I can order. Guys.. this is a regular thing. It's sad ???? 10/13/2022 Update. I received a letter apologizing for my experience and offered TWO FREE KRYSTALS. As though I would even want... to go back and give them another try. (Picture included) 7/30/2022 I have been in line waiting for 30 minutes as of right nowInnitial order at 8:47 am, currently trying to report this service. I ordered a Bacon grit bowl and the a Manager on duty saidwe were waiting on Bacon at 9:15 a.m Skyler Said he was the Manager and lied . There is no acting manager on duty . Ayanna saysthere are no managers present. Currently still waiting on food. It is now 9:31 food not done. Stephany kids were in the lobbycrying telling their mom to come , she was currently working with kids at the establishment I also filled out a form on theircontact page the day of before submitting it here as well. The crew was very friendly and truly over worked with not many people wanting to work anymore. The food was so good it had been... years since we had eaten here and they didn't fail us. The store did need to be cleaned and they had no mustard packets for myhotdog but like I said the staff was so overwhelmed but handles like champs. We will definitely go back. Read more

I can't even begin to describe the awful experience we had here. Waited for nearly 45 minutes for our food. The lady I assumed... to be the manager on duty was so rude. She kept giving me ugly looks as I stood at the counter waiting for someone to come tothe front. She snatched a bag of food away from me claiming it was for someone else's order, when, in fact, it was mine, becauseshe gave it right back to me after another employee told her it was the right order. They had to ask 3 different times what weordered so they could get it made. And I only got my food because I ended up raising hell about how long it was taking them tomake everyone's food. The floor in the kitchen was COVERED in food. The whole place was disgusting really. My shoes keptsticking to the floor with every single step I took. Felt like they had not mopped the place in months. They did not stock thefront properly. There was a tray with a small stack of large lids only. No napkins. I had to ask for sweet tea from the backbecause they didn't have any in the front. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is for the 2 employees who actually tried tomake some stuff right. The girl who took our order was nice and brought us lids for our drinks to our table. And the guy whojumped on getting our food out after I raised hell about it. He offered to give us something free for our wait, which Ideclined. This place needs some serious overhaul in organization, cleanliness, and customer service training. Read more

I have gone to this location three times in 10 days. Service is slow, slow to take drive thru orders, slow to deliver food to... paying customers who deserve better. I drove away tonight, waited too long for three double burgers and small coke. The ownersneed to evaluate the staff at this location, they are losing customers due to poor service. Read more

We sat in drive thru 24 minutes, So decided to downloaded the app to order. App said we get 50% off if using app the first... time and using Krystal but we still paid $31 with no discount. Then...app said food was ready but when we got to window we weretold our order wasn't anywhere near being ready. Had to park out front and wait an additional 10 min. for first part of orderand about 4 -5 minutes for second part of order. The guy working inside was nice and courteous but if they need help they needto hire. App did not give 50% off and we still waited beyond the "order ready" time. The experience stunk! Shame on Krystal fornot giving the discount in app and for not having the appropriate staff to serve us in a reasonable time. Read more

I know they?re 24 hours but do NOT come here overnight and expect to eat. I pulled up, and the way the worker snapped ?welcome... to Krystal?s? real short and aggressively into the mic told me exactly what type of interaction I was about to have. Myboyfriend doesn?t like mustard, he asked for no mustard add ketchup. The worker told us they aren?t doing any modifications,take it as it is. Ok whatever. After this they continue to pointedly tell us they aren?t selling coke (on top of not sellinganything that isn?t burger or fries) we left. His tone during the entire interaction told me he didn?t really want to serve us.I wasn?t rude at all. I?ve worked fast food, if you?re having a bad night I get it, but why are you taking it out on customers?Clearly their overnight employees don?t wanna be there and it shows. Read more

They had no ketchup at all for my burgers or fries. The buns on the chick sandwiches were hard. The burgers and fries were good.... PS-about the condiment issue, due to Covid, all of the restaurants are having trouble acquiring these items. Read more
