I was not going to write a negative review but then this happened, it was a rainy Sunday night, i came to order for my family... and was asked to come back in 15 minutes because of a shift change, i took my daughter home to pack a bag to go to a friendshouse, dropped her to the friends house then went by krystal on main street hoping i would get served there but they were closedim talking lights out empty building but that?s another review, anyway i went back to this location only to be asked to wait 1more minutes ????????. i mentioned to the cashier that i was told to come back once already i asked if i could get a disc on myorder to accommodate my now 25 minute wait, boy why did i do that??????????? . I was told NO and after a brief back and forthwith the MANAGER i proceeded to place my order when i got to the window the manager was apologetic saying they had to get thegrill back up because all the food had gone out and thats what took time i said I understood the hiccup but i did not want anyfunny business when it came to my food she said i dont play like that and then she agreed to discount the order making my $19dollar ticket now $12 i thought that was nice so I deleted my original review thinking management had taken care of it, i waswrong. As you will see from my pictures she actually gave me the food that was going to the waste obviously just to get me outof the drive thru since she claimed my wait was for the grill i had no reason to check my bags but once i got home there it wasa 12 sackful of nasty OLD burgers. Gas is too high for the riding BACK and it was already late but i hope krystal sees this andwill accommodate for my loss of time and money and the disrespect from a superior employee. Read more
First time coming here and the Krystal chiks were dry/not very good. But I LOVED their fries!! I'm now craving them... consistently. The service was quick and the gentleman working was polite. I will definitely be returning! Read more
Made a quick stop from traveling and was told up front there would be a delay for a huge doordash order that wiped them out. We... appreciated the transparency and waited - and the staff was so nice, helpful, and friendly. Burgers was so Nasty. The bathroom was closed and unusable. I had to wait 15 mins for my burgers in the middle of afternoon... evening though there were no other customers. They told me they weren't making any burgers for 15 mins. Read more
