On my lunch break, grabbing something quick. Somehow my order came to $24 and change for my friend and I to get a 12 sac of... krystal's and 2 large drinks..... and literally watched the lady open a metal drawer and pull ALLLLLLLL 12 Krystal's out and putthem in a bag. The krystal's were soooooooo nasty. They probably sat in that drawer 2 hours (it was 1:36pm) soggy, bread wasnasty. Sooooooo many onions!! Then both drinks were mostly carbonation, hardly any syrup. Hey, bring a book to the drive thru and forget appointments! It's a late night black hole but the grey meat and tiny chopped... onion masterpiece will always be a staple for post-fun eats. I only wish the shake machine could survive past 9 pm. Read more

Most mornings when I stop by for breakfast they never have what I want. A lot of times they are out of food or waiting on a... truck. This morning for whatever reason they had no Sunrisers. Smh. And a lot of the time don't have ketchup. I will no longerbe going back to this Krystal's. Also why did they change their fries. I hate the new fries. Read more
Had a mishap with an order due to short handed staff, however the manager, Sarah, handled it like a pro. Offer ed to correct my... order while remaining courteous and professional. Kept her word and and if you're familiar with my reviews you know thisdoesn't happen often, this lady deserves 10 stars and if I were CEO of Krystals, she is the one I would have training ALL of mymanagers! Have you been here before? If you haven't you are MISSING OUT!! Burgers are great, but the spicy wings are out of this world. We... are from South Florida and anytime on vacation we find out there is a Krystal's around, we make it a priority to stop in. Imeant to take a picture of the whole order (24 wings) but we couldn't help but dig in. Read more
