The food is always cold. Whether it?s under cooked or just sits out for too long I?m not sure. The establishment is always... closing 2-3 hours early. Worst customer service I?ve ever had at ANY fast food joint. Shocked to see their still open. Read more
Went here tonight, my cheese Krystal was cold, my BBQ bacon cheese chik was cold and dry with just a drop of bbq sauce, my fries... were good and hot. Customer service was good. 3 ????s for the fries and customer service. Read more
Got home and realized this is what they gave me.....check your order
Went there and it was horrible. Not only was one of the woman there rude and ill mannered. At least 2 of the employees purposely... put something in my familys meal that my youngest son was allergic to and he had a bad reaction to it. Walked in and stood at the counter for about 5 or 6 minutes. Finally a woman saw me and told me the lobby was closed. ( still... unsure why). Then as I walk through the door to leave ?lobby?s closed nigga? was all that was said by someone behind theregister. I won?t be back. And I hope these ignorant employees get a wake up call. Read more
