Don?t get me wrong I love Krispy kreme doughnuts but the customer service here has just gone down hill. I used to come all the... time and today was the last. I have always preferred Krispy Kreme doughnuts over anyone. Well this visit was extraordinary!!!! From the moment we walked in,... we were greeted and served by Brooke. She fulfilled our order accurately and promptly. She also encouraged us to come back soon.In my opinion she is an excellent role model for other associates and sets a great example for them to follow. Just as another customer has reported, I was drawn in by the hot and fresh light. However I was not given hot and fresh donuts!... Very disappointed! I could have bought disappointing donuts at a grocery store for much less than Krispy Kreme Donuts! Peoplebeware, the light is a trick!!! Read more

I have been a customer at this location for 6 years, never a disappointment! The menu has a large selection of drink items. The... coffee, latte, etc have always been outstanding! Donuts are always fresh and delicious. Purchased an Assorted Dozen Donuts thismorning Saturday 08/28/2021.
