I'm a huge fan of Krispy Kreme even though I only occasionally eat it. The restaurant is clean, well lit and staff is very... courteous. My only complaint is they don't have anything savory. I know they're a donut shop but most donut shops have at leasta few savory items so you can get your sweet and savory fix all under one roof. Read more
I'm from NC originally, home of Krispy Kreme, do I know how these "should" taste. However, at $12 for a dozen, I definitely... expected something better than what I received. Classic American doughnuts and coffee are served here. The Mandarin location in Jacksonville Florida has a drive up as well as... dining room. Large selection of doughnuts to choose from as well seasonal specialties. Look for the red neon sign in thewindow to get hot, fresh glazed doughnuts ?hot off the belt?. Went here to get 2 donuts. We ordered in drive thru at 4:56pm. Got to the window to pay at after 5pm and the sign said hot and... fresh at that point. When we got our 2 donuts they were cold so we ask why and was told it was because we ordered them beforethe hot and fresh ones came out. Read more
I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because on multiple occasions I've shown up for the Lit sign, Ordered and have had to wait 10-20... minutes for the Hot and Fresh Doughnuts. Staff kinda acts like they just don't care. Overall its good but could use some happierstaff. Read more

We've been in twice in the last month. The first time they had zero Halloween doughnuts, the second time we've discovered that... they've replaced their "specialty" doughnuts with smaller doughnuts that they charge more for so cannot be included in theregular dozen box anymore. Guess it's good I'm close to Good Dough. Now the only reason to go by Krispy Kreme is to get theiroriginal hot now doughnuts. So that means maybe once a year we'll come out there since we used to come out for seasonalspecialty doughnuts as well...but not if you're now going to charge more for them whereas you weren't before. Disney tried thesame thing with fastpasses and removing a lot of previously free services...and they're losing money too guys. PAY ATTENTION. Read more
