Workers were very friendly. Order was ready on time and the lady gave me lots of shrimp sauce! Rating is solely based on sushi.... The Mt. Fuji had fish that was tough and a weird after taste. They were large fried pieces and I felt like they were fried toolong. Did not like the Pink Lady roll, if you don't like lemon I would not suggest it. It wasnt the lemon that threw me off butit didnt balance well with the roll and other ingredients. The Dynamite Roll was tasty, similar to other places I've tried. TheSpicy Volcano was also pretty good. Spring rolls were great and the lo mein was good. Overall, I've had better sushi and if Iwent here again would opt to try hibachi or other plates. Read more
We have eaten at Kimbe multiple times and it's always good. We usually get the Bento box special, which is a good value and has... always been delicious. I usually get the Mongolian beef on mine and it's spicy enough but not so much you can't feel your face. Wife has been getting the chicken teriyaki and likes it. The sushi has been good as well. I would recommend Kimbe Bistro for all types of Asian Dishes. Wonderful family owned business. Wonderful Ramen , Sushi... offerings, Asian dishes with a Kimbe Bistro's fusion style. We have ordered every type of dish from Salads to cook to order. The Kimbe Ramen is the best Asian type of soup I have ever had, I order quite often and very consistent. The family ownedbusiness of wonderful people that offer a very warm welcoming. The spicy dishes are my favorites, my one daughter is a veganthey make her wonderful dishes.
