Honestly what happened. No biscuits waited ten minutes then said ten more. Offered cookies instead. Chicken was super greasy... soggy. Very dissatisfied. Spent over $40. Hardly any Mac n cheese in bowl and few green beans. Wouldn't feed 4 people. Won't goback again. Read more

I understand things happen, and service at times can be slow or unsatisfactory, but I have been here two times and not only is... the staff rude, but the first time I have waited over 40 minutes for two pieces of chicken, right now I have been here an hourand 20 minutes waiting, wish I could just get a refund. There?s always plenty of staff just standing around. And there are onlytwo other customers waiting. I'm sorry but this was not a good experience. After got order headed st John's town center to take grandson to abc liquors... because the one that use to be next to this kfc is no longer their. This took only about 5 minutes, while he went in I proceededto eat some of my meal. It was burnt, cold, & old. Fries were also cold & old. Immediately went back to KFC when grandson cameout of abc liquors. Didn't have a problem after showing & telling what issue was to be advised a fresh batch just came up & askme to pull around & park. I went here for lunch the service was fast n my food was hot and so tasty I checked my receipt 3x to make sure it was kfc there... was a lady with a short haircut like a boy and another guy there they had their stuff together. Read more
Extremely understaffed at the time I visited around 4:15 pm on 8/7/22. Several customers including myself getting very... frustrated with the wait time to fulfill our order after paying. However, they appeared to be doing the best they could. Read more
Pulled up and was told it's a 20 minute wait because their cooking chicken. I said okay that's fine then the guy went off the... intercom I asked after a minute can I order he said "No they have other people already waiting".
