Do not waste your time. My lunch break is from 12:00-1:00. Peak lunch hours. They almost NEVER have anything ready. Spent 20... min in the drive thru, finally got to the order screen, and was told that it would be another 20 min wait on all chicken. Inother words 40+ min wait for "fast" food. This is not an isolated incident. It happens a lot at this location. Lady workingthe drive thru started yelling at me out her window. She suggested that I pack my lunch to work like she does. This place is a joke. They leave door unlocked then tell ppl lobby is closed but yet have friends or other employees just... sitting at tables (no mask or distancing) . Then I go to drive thru and told 22mins on ALL chicken at 430pm, guess they didn'trealize they were gonna have people asking for chicken at KFC. Read more

I ordered their chicken sandwich and it is not remotely close to the one at Popeye's. It is a small chicken breast between two... buns with sauce and pickles, if they don't forget to put them on the sandwich. The staff has a bad attitude and that willsupport customers going to other venues than KFC. Their prices have increased and their quality has diminished. Go to Popeye's, which is across the street, if you want a good sandwich. I gave zero stars. Read more
The worst interview ever. I'm a retired builder with 10 years in fire department in Jersey, manager had interview questions and... as I tried to answer them kept getting interrupted by personal phone calls after all the questions she never elaborated on myanswers, seemed disinterested in me. She finally got up and went into kitchen, I sat there for 25 more minutes and an employeetold me that I guess she was done and that the gm will call .it took 3 weeks to try to get job there, then was told that cooksmake 12.00 an hour. How absurd. All other fast foods are paying 14-15 an hour. Poor wages in poor area? I live around thecorner. I have an excellent work record for 30 years but not interested in someone who's would be a good advantage for kfc. Somany interruptions ... Noticed new employee bee bopping around with headphones on in eating area on brake I guess. I'd be afraidthat I wouldn't be trained right. I'm about the customer, pleasing them first and foremost. I read some serious bad reviews.I've eaten at KFC for 35 years. Professional people need to be in this place, bring it back to it's standards. 4 piece.. wanted 2 thighs ,2 breast. Didn't have it and had to get 2thighs,leg,wing. Out of 8 drink choices they only had 2.... This was an hour and a half before closing so that could be why but I'm thinking if they can't give you what you want theyshould go ahead and close or at least adjust your bill accordingly.. To the owner of this franchise you need to... come to this location and do some investigating and observation to see what exactly is going on with your investment. I visitedyou facility on a Tuesday afternoon Nov 2022 and I was lie to, scammed, and then one of you employee try to extort me.Embarrassing to had experienced such horrible service.
