If I could give Zero Stars ???? I would! THIS IS THE WORST FAST FOOD AND SERVICE IN ALL 43 COUNTRIES I HAVE VISITED. There was... only 3 people in the KFC working. The cook...no complaints there...didn't talk to him. The manager...WORST in world...justleft me and another lady just standing at the register for 15 mins before taking order...of which she didn't have half the foodavailable. Then the angry worker....clearly didn't want to be there and didn't even want to give me my drink when the drinkmachine on my side of the counter was broken and shotting soda all over the place.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOURTIME HERE. AS TO THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND QUIT! YOU GIVE KFC A BAD NAME! Feel free to reply orleave me a customer service number so I can call and complain more. And yes...look at my other reviews....the are all nice andrespectful...but this was truly the worst I seen. I went through the drive-thru and picked up a family meal bucket of chicken with an extra side item and I spent $35. When I got... home I realized they only gave me seven pieces of chicken and FOUR of them were wings!!!! I tried to call the store five timesand never got through. Today I went up there with my receipt and a picture of the chicken I had received, and was told I wasgiven that chicken selection because that was all that they had because they do not have any Cooks. I was then told the onlything they would compensate me for was the missing one piece of chicken and since the others were there( even though they were wings,) the store manager said she would not compensate me anything more than the missing piece. So I guess it's MY fault thatthey didn't have any cooks and I got the short end of the stick. On top of not satisfying me she was kind of rude about it.They could have told me all they had were wings and I could have made the decision if I wanted to still purchase that for thesame price of what would normally be a complete bucket . Needless to say I will not be going back to that location. Be sure tocheck your order if you go there because they will clearly just give you whatever they have and it will somehow be your fault. The minute I walked in the restaurant the young girl at the register looked bothered as I tried to smile at her. I ordered a 12... piece only, not family meal. In every KFC I ever bought chicken from, they always have 4 biscuits in the bucket. The young ladycharged me for 2 large biscuits and 6 more. When I explained I only want the chicken with the biscuits it comes with she gotannoyed. She than went to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor walked out rolled her eyes at me and was acting very rude. Iasked the cashier why can?t they just refund it completely, and do it again. The supervisor grunted they can?t. That they canonly give me the difference in cash. In the meantime the employees in the back were mocking me yelling chicken only. I am sodisappointed and disgusted and will never ever buy from them again. If the employees are so miserable working there, then maybethey should find jobs that suit them away from the public. Not one employee was cordial. When the supervisor came to hand me thedifference in cash, she refused to give me a receipt. She probably knew I would complain. I demanded a copy. Respect, courtesyand kindness go a long way when treating people. This is the reason so many KFC locations and other restaurants are closing.,customer service is unprofessional and disrespectful. Dining room was clean, everyone working after work eating my 3 piece chicken combo meal with Mac and cheese/biscuit. I had them... add a side of that Nashville hot. Place was clean inside as were the bathrooms. Everyone was nice, and presented great customerservice. Please send that young man who doesn?t know what a box of tenders are in the cooler back to school or something.????????????. My visit was and visit was great!!! Read more
A little confusing. The dining room is closed for service, even though you must enter for pickup. They let us eat in, although... our order was placed behind the take outs. Fortunately, we weren't in a rush. The food was nothing special. Our chickensandwiches were dry, but not awful. The sides were okay. None of these chicken places are cheap anymore. Read more
5.00 fill-ups. Mine was good my Mother said her's was dry ( I'm the one with brest, so go figure). I love, love their Mac n... cheese. I don't get their fries anymore because since they changed them they are no good, they use to have the best in town.But, for 5.00 it's good enough to fill up on. Read more
I actually read the previous comments before I went. They were terrible but I went anyways. Trying to give them a chance. I... hated everything about my experience there. After they got my order wrong with terrible service I had to wait over 20 minutes toget my Original Recipe. How can you not have chicken ready at a chicken place. Rude and Terrible. Ordered online with the app at 5:50 said food ready at 6:10, I got there at 6:20, food not ready, food was ready at 6:30, ... ordered 8 pc crispy, get home it's all legs and thighs ORIGINAL, no breast no wings, and don't care for original the breading ismoist not crispy. $33. In the garbage. So you would think after 40 minutes I would get the food I ordered and paid for, this isbasically theft you take my money that I work hard for and give me what you want. And to top it off the employees were arguingloudly, you guys need help with this location. Read more
