Pretty disappointing. I get ramen every time I travel. Excited by the 4.7 star rating. Katsu tenders were good and squid app was... good. The ramen was really disappointing. Thin un-emulsified broth in all at our table. The chashu was thick and bland. The eggwas undercooked and not seasoned at all. Stark white. We had a first time ramen eater with us and I was disappointed this wastheir first experience. Read more

First things first, the tap water is filtered! It tastes great. Second, their beer selection is excellent. Get the Yuzu Lager... and ask the server for their best ramen and add pork belly. You will not regret this place. Also, ask for Amanda. She was areally great guide with everything related to their eats. Read more

First time eating here but not the last. Had the tonkotsu ramen. Broth was rich and creamy and the pork was tender and... flavorful. The atmosphere was friendly and the ascetic reminded me of ramen shops I've seen in Abroad in Japan. Read more

Got the katsu chicken ramen, gyoza small plate and tried the hot green tea with puffed rice. Everything was very good, large... portions, and fairly priced. Also the food came out hot and very quickly. Definitely will return Read more

Was craving ramen and so happy we stopped here. The place is small so there will most likely be a wait if you want to eat there,... but the food came out so fast it was worth the wait. Read more

Karai ramen was so good, just the right amount of spice and the broth is so creamy!and that Japanese style egg was out of this... world! Also ordered katsu chicken tenders, the sauce well paired with Japanese mayo, so chicken doesn?t tastes dry ortasteless. Overall very good food and great service. The place reminded me of Manhattan?s Naruto Ramen, yum! Read more

Cozy Ramen spot with some excellent small plates. The service was very good. The food really stands out. I had the squid... appetizer, cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce was well matched. The Karai Ramen with pork belly added was savory and madeperfectly. Just enough spice, but definitely not too much for the average person. Definitely the best Ramen spot in the Jaxarea, possibly the restaurant with the best tasting food in the area as well. Highly recommend Karai Ramen. Read more
