Apparently there was a glitch in the system and my extras didn?t appear. I spoke with the manager Chloe, she said there was... nothing she can do. I have nothing good to say about this location anymore. It used to be my go-to sandwich spot on my lunch break, and I?d often... order for dinner as I live in the Tapestry Park apartments behind the store. I?d now rather make the drive to a better qualitysub shop, than wait 45 minutes to have a sandwich delivered 900 feet away from me. It seems like in the last year or so theyhave lost the ?freaky fast? name they once held, and like the bag says, they are only as good as their last sandwich, which wasNOT good at all! Management seems to have taken a huge step in the WRONG direction and I hope this shop can make a turn aroundsoon! I?d clean house and get people in their that uphold the brands name. Read more
This location used to deserve the name freaky fast. My office is half a mile from the location and delivery within an hour was a... given. These days, not so much. I appreciate the ability to order online, especially on days I have left my wallet at the house- great technology save JJ! Unfortunately, I need to remember to select the "pickup" option because delivery is routinely overan hour and unpredictable at that... going to my docs appt. now with no food, not a happy camper... They used to be "freaky fast" ordered my food at 1231pm. Delivered at 110pm.. it's not even a 5 minute drive from here. Not the... first time this has happened and it seems to be getting worse every time. Delivery driver was nice Read more

Ordered a simple sandwich, was received and made fast. However, as I have a limited time for lunch I ended up having to cancel... my order as delivery was "Freaky" SLOW. Not fast. When I called to cancel was advised that they only had one delivery driverworking and today was his first day. They advertise delivery, and how fast it is. Neither is true for this location.
