The sandwich is good but the delivery is so slow? I work right down the street downtown and it took over an hour to get my food.... I?d rather make my own food and pay a fraction and eat when I want than to pay for an already expensive sandwich that shows upmore than an hour after I ordered it. Read more
They deliver to my job and any time it's been slightly wrong (ice in my drink when I order it without ice) they have offered to... replace it or fix it. Otherwise, all their delivery drivers are nice and food is usually here within an hour. I have had to waitover an hour but they have always apologized. (The whole world is short-staffed, being compassionate & empathic is free). Iorder from them multiple times a week as an 8-5-er. Us gals at Big D appreciate yall very much! Read more

My experience with this place is not good as I was expecting , the time I waited for the sandwich been delivered, using online... order took an hour and 10 minutes , and today I placed an order to been picked up just to save time, but I have to cancel itbecause after 40 mins it was not ready for pick up , sooo I give up.. it used to be one of my favorites places to order lunch .Not anymore unfortunately Read more
