They have poles sticking out in drive thru that busted my headlight. The worst part of it was the at the employee that was... standing right there said, "you're the 7th car today." Does sharing my feedback with the owner actually do anything?Apparently, the only thing it does is make it look like you're addressing major concerns. Read more

I have been twice already to this location. Both times, although the staff was obviously very busy, I was treated very kindly... and received great customer service. My meals have been delicious as well. Love the chocolate chip cookie! ???? I havedownloaded the app because I believe I will be stopping by often when I am craving a sandwich. Read more

Slowest jimmy johns I have ever dealt with, constantly have my meal show up way after my lunch break ends. I have had orders... take anywhere from an hour and a half to 2 hours. Read more

How hard is is to make a simple sandwich with 2 ingredients right? 27$ for 2 sandwiches, minuscule amount of meat. Explicitly... said no cheese because although it doesn?t come with cheese they try upselling it. State no cheese please. Even tip beforereceiving meal. Reverting back to no tips at fast food again. Ordered a tuna sub? I/4 of the sandwich didn?t have tuna. They stacked 4 slices of cheese together instead of putting the tuna... inbetween the cheese. Read more

Jimmy John?s Store #1648 Cashier: DYLAN I wish I could give 0 stars! Please refuse service by the boy named DYLAN. We both... visited this store to order our sandwiches. We walked up to the cashier to order and waited for a response for this cashier tobe ready. No ?Hi or what would you like to order?? was mentioned. We had to ask him if he was ready to take the order. No maskwas worn by the staff. I mentioned my order and he did not even say okay to make sure he got it. We had to repeat twice to askif he got it. Upon asking for extra cucumbers he said it already comes with it. Once we paid we noticed him grabbing my sandwichbread without gloves and tossed the bread on their prep table in very rude manner right in front of us. Our experience at thisstore was not welcoming at all. Forget about the standard/average level customer service, we were treated so poorly. I was soshocked at this type of service I forgot to request a few toppings due to the hostile environment. Very sad!! Read more

I work 5 minutes away, and any time I ask for delivery, my order has taken over an hour and a half to get to me, it?s absolutely... absurd, horrible experience. I don?t understand how a place with ?Freaky Fast? as its motto can be so slow. I placed at order at 11:30 am, usually they are pretty fast but it said slower delivery times. And that?s fine, I?m not mad... about that. I?m mad because my update said that my order was out for delivery at 11:40am. I live maybe 2 miles away from thelocation. I didn?t receive it until 1:15pm. That makes me wonder if my sandwich was in the back of someone?s car for over anhour. I?m debating whether it?s even safe to eat. I called the store at 1pm since it had been so long, the phone rang and thenthey picked it up and hung it up! It was busy one time as well. I called customer service, I just wanted to know where mysandwich was because at 12:50 it said it had been delivered and that was not the case! I was at home sick and needed an easylunch option. This made me want to delete the app off my phone. Edit : I actually did contact the store with no answer, got anemail from corporate saying expect follow up from that store, and none of that happened. I get understaffing, It?s a hugeproblem right now. But don?t ignore your customers or tell us to contact someone on a Google review when that doesn?t happeneither.
