No long wait times. Quick service. I got the Italian night club which was delicious.
New menu states MAYO AND TOMATOES WILL BE PUT ON ALL SUBS. I ordered a sandwich, reading the ingredients, and was surprised to... bite in to an Italian sub with mayonnaise. I did not see the new addition to the menu board that states mayonnaise will be outon all subs. That?s ridiculous to me. The manager explained they were trying their best to give feedback about how many ordersthey have to remake due to this change. I was so happy that they remade my sub, and commented about addressing the problem.Great customer service, and hopefully they get their menu changed back soon. So?..I worked at one? this is the slowest-worst-jimmy sub I have ever had?spend $30 can?t even bite the bread on both our subs?.... Hard as a rock on the bottom. GROSSSSSSS!!!!! Like day old bread. I've ordered a handful of times from here and have yet to have a delivery take under an hour and a half to get to me. I only... live five minutes away. The foods fine if you get it in person but if you're considering ordering delivery please lookelsewhere. I just got my order after placing it 2 hours ago and it being out for delivery for an hour and 45 minutes. The ice inmy drink is predictably completely melted and the drink is extremely watered down and undrinkable now and I had to just dump itout. I used to work for a long time at a jimmy johns in the area and it was widely known among all of us that this particularlocation was a huge joke but now I'm one of the unlucky people who lives next to it. It's just frustrating as a former deliverydriver for this chain because I know exactly what the job entails and there's literally zero explanation for why their serviceis so consistently terrible. Went to this location for the first time. The gentleman behind the counter didn't provide excellent customer service and spoke... in a low tone voice as well. I decided to have a cuban sandwich. The sandwich was okay. There was a lot of mayonnaise on thesandwich and hardly any mustard. Also, there wasn't enough ham and pork in it. This sandwich was a let down. What a let down with Customer Service! The sandwich was just okay, not like most of the JJs I often patronize. The Customer... Service was nonexistent?upon listening to the staff it was just concern for the ?fast time? and not the quality of the endproduct or the satisfaction of the Customer. I wasn?t asked if this was to-go or not , so my sandwich was placed on thecounter, not bagged or offered napkins. I had to ask for all of it (bag and napkins) and I was made to feel like I was buggingthem by asking. I understand understaffing is a problem but there were 5 people on the production line. It was just a veryuncomfortable situation and I would rather patronize other sandwich shops than to be made feel as if I?m a burden. I?ve had some mixed experiences here, but I decided to stop in anyway and grab a #15 with pickles and grey poupon. I did not get... big bro?s name, but I stopped in a few minutes before noon on a Saturday and received the most immaculately crafted sandwich. Ialmost went blind. A truly spiritual experience.
