I ordered 130 sandwiches for a catering order for my delivery team at work. I came in at 9:00am to pick them up and they were... all ready for me even though the store doesn't' open until 11:00! Not only were they incredibly slow for a place claiming to be ?freaky fast? I ordered a spicy Italian (giant) and got home and... opened it and the meat isnt even on the bread. Im not a karen but this is ridiculous. Subway drop kicks my subs into their bagsand they come out looking better than this middle school cafeteria sack lunch. Read more
Unfortunately, this is the only Jimmy John?s closest to me, if there were another one, I would go there immediately. The staff... here seems to always be in some type of mood, and there?s never enough staff. There?s usually only one person working, andusually more people than they can handle. Today, my husband went in to order and we asked to split the payment, the woman gaveus the nastiest look and attitude and proceeded to cancel my husbands order and do it on a separate order. Now, we could havedone that in the first place, but it was the fact that she made such a fuss, she didn?t even know how to split payment on oneorder. I took my handicapped neighbor and we parked in front of the door in the handicapped parking space. Vershard, one of the young... men working in the store saw us and held the door open, not only for my friend, but waited until I gathered my things and walkedin. The sandwiches were good - fresh - just what we should expect. What made our visit extra nice were the people. The youngman that made the sandwiches brought us extra mayo, the woman that perhaps was the manager spoke to them kindly. I rarely eatout, but based on my experience I will definitely come back. We placed an online order for delivery at 2:13pm. At 2:57 when our order still showed it wasn't out for delivery we called the... store to see what was up. They told us they didn't have any delivery drivers so couldn't make any delivery orders. No apologies,no phone call to us. My husband's asked if it was ready so he could just pick it up, and they hadn't even made the order yet. Sohe tells them go ahead and make it and we will pick it up. Once he arrived at the location he asked to speak to the manager aswe weren't quite happy with not being told about our order, and they said "There is no manager, and we called everyone" There isno record of them calling my phone at all, only our call to them at 2:57pm. My husband asks for the tip and delivery to beremoved and they said not a problem but couldn't give us a receipt showing the new total. Just told us to check our accounts ina few days. Once we came home, after a bite or two we have realized our orders are missing the extra items we added, whichnormally wouldn't be an issue except these items cost an extra $4.50. Ultimately we are not happy with the experience, the lackof caring, and I wished I had checked out the reviews of the store because in the past month it's been nothing but one stars. For starters, my sandwich was sloppily assembled and incorrect. But that aside, This store was dirty. Watching the gloved... employees clean up trash, touch their face, take orders, leave the room, and then prepare food. Disgusting. Dirty floor.Personal items all over the food prep counters. Gross. We ordered our food at 10:27 online. At 12:00 pm still no food. when we called and the person who answered said the delivery... person just arrived and our food would take one hour and a half. We asked why? she replied with " do you want to void theorder" no! I want my sandwich!!. Currently 1:36pm still no food! called store.... no answer:( really 3 hours later and still nosandwich) people just so you know we work approximately 3 minutes from the store so don't believe freaky fast. Update: it isnow 4:31 pm and we still have not received our food. Unable to reach store. They have already been paid and we are at workunable to leave work to correct this issue! Read more
I ordered a meal on doordash. I got a call stating that don't have a driver. I asked about being refunded, she said she would... cancel the order. That's should have been immediately. I call back 5 mins later and another person got and attitude and hung up.I had to call doordash in order to get refund. It's one thing to not have things in order on your end as a business... it'sanother to get a attitude. I won't be ordering from this place ever again. Read more
