I'm between 3 stars and 4. Because it's hit or miss. I love this chain but it's dependent on employees, some are beyond 5 stars... with service and making food correct, others make our food wrong, get bread wrong and don't give a hoot. Normally no issues with my orders but today I submitted an order thru Grub Hub for a giant sub and I got a regular. Disappointed

This store is constantly closing prior to 9pm closing. Another customer and I were there 3-28-2022 between 840 and 845pm to get... served. The staff on hand stated no bread but I wanted a salad not sandwich. The previous trip was here in February same storystore closed early. Read more

I am a first time customer and I must I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The subs are a little pricey for the Giant but after eating... our food it is worth EVERY PENNY. The flavor of the sub is above and beyond what I expected. Not only is the food good but thestaff are super sweet. I had an online order and requested for my sub to be toasted. When I got home and pulled it out the bag,they had a nice, cute, little note letting me know that they didn?t have a toaster and that they apologized. That alone says alot to me because I strongly feel as though if I had went somewhere else I wouldn?t have gotten that. I will be returning. Theyhave gained themselves a customer!! Read more

Today was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's. I have been to the restaurant on a few occasions simply accompanying someone... else as they ordered. On the occasions that I did visit, the workers were friendly, prompt and it was a clean environment.However, on my visit to purchase a sub, I noticed cleanliness was a bit lacking. I noticed the associate placing the condimentsin the sub but did not change her gloves after each sub which can lead to cross-contamination. She wiped the lettuce off thetable with her gloves on and placed the lettuce back into the tray with the fresh lettuce. Then grabbed the oil, grabbed thereceipt and then on to the next sub. After the fourth sub, she changed her gloves but continued performing the same tasks. Shewiped the tabletop with her gloves on and prepared the sub to the customers liking. Grabbed the oil, grabbed the receipt andslid the next sub down which was mine. I immediately asked her to change her gloves, which she did. Because this routineoccurred without hesitation, perhaps this level of training in cleanliness and cross-contamination needs to be reviewed again,especially in the times that we are living in today but really all the time. Other than this, the workers were friendly to thecustomers, The sub was fresh and filling, This is a convenient restaurant for a quick bite and it is reasonably priced. I wouldrecommend this restaurant but to urge customers to be attentive with regards to the handling of your food and its condiments. Read more

Got the regular Original Italian and it was soooo good! The bread was fresh, the store was clean and smelled wonderful, as they... had just made some Phillies. The two employees on evening shift were helpful and personable. Will definitely be eating hereagain! Read more

In my opinion I prefer subway. Subway has more vegetable options. My sub was good however it seem to be missing something. I... will say I love Jersey Mike's selection of meat. If Jersey Mike's at least added green peppers and black olives, that wouldboost the taste of their subs. I do also enjoy their pepper mixture, I forgot the name of it. Read more
