I ordered a turkey wrap (at the Roosevelt store), Mike's way. Unfortunately, the preparer didn't put enough ingredients in the... sandwich and there was a lot of the tortilla wrap left over. I don't know who the stud is but if that's the manager..Lord help them, they truly need a new one. Her attitude is the worst. I... ordered and asked her to change her gloves because of my allergic ration to pork.. she had the nerve to slam things down, shakeher head and give me attitude. Seems like this place has slowly gone down hill over the last 9 months or so. The new staff aren't nearly as friendly. And twice... in the last few weeks they've gotten my order wrong. I also now find myself more often than not paying for double meat becausethey are putting less meat on it than they use too. You can't hire a bunch of thugs and expect the quality of service tomaintain an acceptable level. Read more
The sandwiches are fantastic here, let's get that out of the way. But also the staff deserve high praise; they're some of the... nicest staff I've ever dealt with. This applies even at the end of a day near closing when they have to be exhausted. I've beenin multiple times and seen maybe six to eight different workers and all have been friendly, helpful, polite and chill. Betweenthat and the food this place easily earns 5 stars. Read more
