I love Italian Ice and my friend is always raving about Jeremiah?s Italian Ice, so I was really excited to try this place. I... went on a Friday night, and there was a pretty long line, but the wait was pretty short. When I got the window, I was a littleoverwhelmed by the amount of flavors. They were really nice in letting me try a few flavors. I settled on mango and passionfruit layered with soft served ice cream. I?m not sure if the batch was a little off for the mango, but the flavor was verylight and didn?t have that mango punch I was looking for. The ice cream was delicious, but I would probably try some otherflavors next time. I do like that there is outdoor seating to enjoy your treats. Great location for families or date night. Read more
We have always loved Jeremiah?s and have gone there for years but as of tonight no more. There employees are rude and blame it... on being understaffed. My daughter went up there on crutches, stood in the second line forever, she got to the front and thegirl rudely shut the window on her and told her she had to go to the back of the line. I called to talk to manager and the?shift lead? was extremely rude over the phone. When I asked for her name they are conveniently not able to give out theirnames. Ordered 9 ice creams with cones the rude staff game me 7 in cups when I went to tell them about it the Asian/black girl started... rolling her eyes. My receipt showed that I paid for 9 and the staff was still giving me the attitude. I will not be going backto this place ever again something so simple to fix turned Into horrible experience. Management definitely needs to put moretime into training their employees. Read more
I passed by this place for years and it always seemed like a popular place based on the amount of people in the lines. I finally... stopped by a week ago and have been almost daily since that first visit. The Gelati is amazing and the prices are veryreasonable! This will be a regular stop for us this Summer. Can I say I love this place. The heat here in Florida is crazy and I'm not a huge Icecream fan but man Italian Ice is where it... is at. As a teenager there was a place on powers ave called Terry's Italian Ice that I visited everyday. The owner passed awayunfortunately in '98 and my italian ice days where done. UntilI I discovered this place searching for somewhere to take my Wifean Kids for a outing and it was a success. Prices are great and the atmosphere is inviting. So many selections of flavors. Alsofor you ice cream lovers they can incorporate it as well. Now let's talk Flavors I highly recommend the Lemon flavor it's thebest for me. I also am a big fan of sugar free cherry as well. Have a seat in the back deck as a family and enjoy watching thepeople in traffic hot and confused. Who did not make the decision to cool off a Jeremiah's. Read more
This was our second location tried of Jeremiah's and while the product is the same as the other location we visited, this one... does not have any interior seating... which is a little more tricky to enjoy in the rain. It does have some outside seating on awooden deck, though it overlooks San Jose, so not the best view when traffic is busy. No drive through here either, bit theGelati's are good enough to park up and get out of your car :-) Read more

It was soo delicious ????. Their customer service skills are impeccable as well. I will be coming back. I order mango ???? ,... black raspberry, and pina coloda gelota with soft serve ice cream ????. I didn't like the pina coloda because of the coconutpieces. Read more
