I asked for extra sauce and extra bread, they gave me no sauce and no extra bread. SMH
First time customer, and I was so disappointed. While the ribs were good, food allergies aren't taken seriously, and I was... shorted items. Im allergic to gluten and asked for NO bread on a full slam. What covered the entire thing was half a loaf ofvread right on the meat. So unfair to people with food allergies to be ignored. Been driving by Jenkins for years smelling the smoker and I finally caved and ordered lunch..and I'm so glad I did. Amazing BBQ... that rivals Bono's, Sonny's and Bearded Pig. Great thick mustard-based BBQ sauce. Good portions, reasonable prices, easy onlineordering and pickup. Will definitely be eating there again???????? Read more
I went to Jenkins on Peral Street today to get something to eat i ask for ribs thin end but when i got home and started to eat... the Meat was thick and tough . The fries were cold,old and hard the only thing that was okay were the corn nuggets. I know thatthey can do better than that and i believe that for someone to give somebody something like that to eat is not good costumerservice. I wouldn't serve anyone the meal that i had and i won't be going back there because even though it was only two fooditems that were bad it made the other one just as bad. ???? Read more
Nice bbq place. We ordered the bbq chicken and the ribs sandwiches and the food was delicious and very tasty. The food portion... was large and the sandwiches were covered in generous amount of bbq/mustard sauce (sweet/mild/spicy options). Dine in; indoorand outdoor seatings available as well as take out. Edit to reply from owner. I usually love your ribs, but this last time they were pretty burnt, dry, and tough. Time before that... they weren't cooked long enough and were very tough. I know it's difficult to get ribs to the perfect tenderness. I'll still beback as I love your sauce. Read more
Drove by this location with the windows down and it smelled so good we wanted to try it. Well we showed up tonight for dinner... and we sat in the line for 30 seconds when the woman came up to take our order. Well we were looking at the menu and with theway she rushed us you?d imagine they were closing in 10 minutes. She continuously rolled her eyes at every thing we said and gotmad when we told her to take something off.. we ended up just leaving.
