This was my first time visiting J-Town W&P and had I read the reviews before coming, I would have missed out on some good food.... Customer service was great; I was quickly greeted and offered the opportunity to taste one of the wing flavors. They have avariety of food, wing sauce and Philly flavors. My wings were cooked to the correct texture and cooked all the way thru withoutme having to describe how I wanted then to be and they treated great. The prices were fair and they even had ????. Therestaurant was clean, even decorated for the upcoming holiday ????????. I would have given them all 5 ? but because the chickenin my fried rice was burned (didn't notice until I got home), they didn't have the blue cheese dip, you only get one sauce(ranch) with an order of 10 wings, I had to pay for more, and they didn't have any catfish is why I didn't give them a fiveoverall rating. The wings are amazing, perfectly cooked! No need to order the crispy. They have great flavors, which you can mix to customize!... The customer service used to leave a bit to be desired, but Emma is a gem that has elevated the customer service to a 10 out of10! Go to J-town!!! Read more

I?ve been eating here on several occasions for the last 2 years. Wings are fantastic and the sauces are some of the best I?ve... tasted although the french fries you serve with all your combo meals is the worse quality of french fries in Jacksonville. I have never had my food correct here. I?ve given them probably 10 tries because my husband does like their Philly. Today I went... & ordered chicken tenders, they?re out so I got wings with their sweet/spicy sauce. They gave me garlic wings I told them no bigdeal I?m not sending back but it is incorrect & want the sauce I ordered on the side. They refused to give me the sauce & triedto charge me 0.50 for their mistake. I hate garlic wings & they tasted terrible but I stomached then the best I could. This place used to be so clean, fresh and friendly!!! The last time I was there I told the girl at the counter that the drink... machine had mold all over it (where you put your cup to get ice and surrounding areas). She said oh okay, I?ll clean it. I justwent back for the first time in months a couple days ago and went to get a drink and OF COURSE the mold was still there but 10xworse! I asked for canned soda instead because, NO! I was really skeptical on eating the wings at this point because who knowswhat?s going on in that kitchen if the forefront for customers looks the way it does. The fries were lukewarm so we didn?t eatthose, but everyone enjoyed the wings.
